    • @@1550tc have you ever played hockey? The flex of a stick has next to no relation to how hard a shot is. He could use a 75 flex and it’s gonna bend like crazy. Doesn’t mean his shot is hard. I guarantee you your 11 year old doesn’t shoot near close to 70. U18 AAA players shoot 70/80 mph

    • @@andrejshabanov7649 he wasn't a major factor in the game. 5-3 kind of tells the story. And if canada hadn't of had del Mastro on the ice, you might not have scored at all. He over rotated on the first goal, leaving michkov all alone. Same thing on goal two. Skated away from his check. And he was on his knees by the canadian net for the third Russian goal. Don't get me wrong, Michkov's a good player and a natural scorer. But canada made sure he couldn't beat them on his own. Cheers!

    • @@paulgaasenbeek4943 he's the MVP on the tournament, not just on the team. The guy scored almost as many goals as Bedard and Wright have points. Wright's point per game stats is a little bit better but it's not a big deal since he's older and faced weaker teams. Let's not be biased.

    • @@victorsapozhnikov4098 I was congratulating my home country team on a job well on. I am not a journalist. This is KZhead. Take it easy. That said. 16 in 7 (2.28 per) games and 14 in 5 (2.8 per). Slightly better? Wright would have 19 points or so if he plays all 7. 9 goals in 5 games also better per game 1.7 to 1.8 for Wright. Back to math class for you.

    • U18's are on about this time every year. And on TSN, to boot. I've been watching this for years. Mark it on your calendar for next year. Though Canada doesn't usually do well as they're best players are almost always in the CHL playoffs. Those in the know, know!

  • Игра равных по силе и мастерству соперников . До сих пор не могу понять как третья шайба залетела в ворота Иванова с такого острого угла, да и вратарь контролировал угол, чертовщина какая то. Очень понравились игроки обеих команд, думаю многих из них ждёт хорошее будущее во взрослом хоккее.

  • Эта сборная России билась достойно, молодцы ребята! 5-й гол целиком на совести тренера. в КХЛ да и вообще в современном хоккее такие номера не проходят. Обидно конечно, что не золото, но то, что в символической сборной двое наших - не может не радовать!

  • We are the best hockey players on the planet. Good try Russia, you played a hard game but throwing your stick at wright on his breakaway was quite a dirty attempt at drawing a penalty. The world must know by now that you cannot keep a Canadian hockey player from his/her destiny...and that destiny is a Gold medal

  • This is what happens when the Ontario hockey leagues are not allowed to play because of covid and they send their best to compete. This tournament was designed to benifit the rest of the world and have the m all play at atime that was best for them all while all the Canadian leauges were heading into playoffs and werent allowing their players to leave. Well played by the IIHF and a benifit to the USA as the timong was perfect....except this year...Canada destroyed the world again....the USA should be thankful that the Sweedish team ( 20- 2 against Canada) beat them and saved them from a sure embarrassement .....the IIHF should have made this tourny in July when all countries coud shend their best, not when the American programs finish
