  • Sila’s reflex at 37yrs old to dodge all those question mark kicks is so amazing.

    • Momotaro isnt doing the full question mark combo tho cuz he gotta distract him by looking down so he lands it top but yeah still hard to even land a true combo on Lerdsila

    • Bro 37 isn’t old I swear people are so use the people that age who haven’t worked out and took care of there body thinking it normal to be old and slow at the young Age of 37 you should still be at you peak until about 50

      @malikthomas8452@malikthomas84527 ай бұрын
    • @@malikthomas8452for a normal person, yes, 37 isnt old at all, but when you fight the best of the best, 37 is pretty old and this is more true for lower weight classes, where speed plays a pretty big role. Why do you think 99% of fighters retire by 40s or go in an obscure promotion to fight with way lower skill opponents?

  • I really appreciate this ref. Unlike most, he let the clinch go on. He let them swim, jock for position, elbow, knee, etc. The clinch is a different monster and it really irks me when they break a muay thai clinch as soon as they get close

    • @@bryanlacsamana1795 I think the ONE clinch rules are a bit different, the ref has to break after 3 sec inactivity from both fighters, and the fighter has to be actively throwing elbows/knees to show the ref they are engaging... basically it makes it less about the grapple and more KO action

    • That's the thing he never did it for the pay check, or winning. He fights beacuse he has fun and likes to entertain the crowd. He just naturally has a neutral outcome mindset, meaning he doesn't think about the outcome of a fight, he just goes out and does what he needs to. And statistically people with this mind set perform better at every level in every field.

    • @@lukehallatt394I think it was the game plan. Just on my observation but karate style fighters are better offensively and lack defense so he probably just shelled up waited for him to attack then countered. Momotaro probably should have adjusted at throwing the jab. I actually thought his 1 2 was working well but quit throwing it after the 1st round. But the jab if done the whole fight can add up and get through shell guard like what Sean Strickland did to dpp

      @Jammy4838@Jammy48382 жыл бұрын
    • @@Jammy4838 I don't think it's from boran only. There's more styles like korat that had their influence. Yeah tales tell that, however let's be honest, i doubt it was that lethal against same level/experience enemy who was armed. Regarding no gloves i mean traditional fights that were carried out with no rounds/gloves/scoring on sand/clay back in history. Not for sport sure. On karate thing i see it working in traditional hard way where masters show striking throat, neck, groin, eyes etc. Using fingers, palm attacks, targeting joints and other stuff. That's why i said no gloves/rules. Means one person only stays alive. A fight for life. It's about the advantage of prohibited non sport karate versus a modern sport karate. I don't practice karate, i do MT so my evaluation is only as good as comparison to what i see karate guys do. If they want to compete in a full contact sport they need to forget whatever they've been taught about handwork an learn kickboxing hands and defense.

In the future the ideal fighting athlete would be Sam-A technicality and reflexes in a 'giant' body i.e. 220cm-230cm, then undefeatable (and also good at other sports, and/or socially intimidating, so various). So, then what they can do is pair fast people & people with gigantism type of genes, then get that athlete within 1 to 6 generations ( it took 6 generations of breeding silverfoxes to get a 'new fox' so actually it probably takes a long time, although it's unselfish & idealistic ^^ ) - Comic books draw 'ideal' people of that description, too, for example in the comic Gen13 (and many more), all the women are like 200cm tall, supermodels, super skinny, super smart, and also the best at any sport, like 'ideal'. If 'they' do it first, then other nations will fall behind, and lose all sports in the future. It's not " crazy ". It's about people btw, i.e. her... him... 99.9th percentile people, not race, in this example. She's a special person, it doesn't matter that she's Chinese. Edit - Sorry she's grown to 227cm now, just checked. Hm and " eugenics " created the corn we eat, and Japanese fighting fish, so it's not evil. 。。。

    • @@Xenon777channel Im not going to bother commenting on most of the crazy you just said accept to say that science isnt inherintly good or evil. Its a neutral tool. People are good or evil and make use of it to further their objectives. Ammonification is how mustard gas was made for war. Its also how fertilizer is made which is critical for agriculture. The same nuclear energy we use for electicity also powers the most terrible weapons ever made. If what you are saying ist, "crazy", then there wouldnt be any point to stopping the 3rd Reich in the 40s. Only they ,"and you", have this inferiority complex mentality of needing to be genetically superrior. Lastly, people arent foxes. Having the same progeny breed with eachother can only produce bad long term results. Ever heard of fragile X syndrome? Kind of hard to be a pro athlete with that one. You would need to constantly find people with the exact phenotype you want and force them to breed. At that point, you are basically Nazi Germany.
