Despite the mother Duck's desperate attempts to defend her offspring by screaming and circling the predator, the Heron swiftly swallowed the helpless bird.
Devastated by the loss of her young, the grieving mother duck left the area.
A group of baby warthogs were running across the road, only to be ambushed by an eagle.
