Take 20 minutes to relax and recover. This SLAM Stretch flow helps you move better and recover quicker. As always, the focus is on pelvic floor health and balance. Join Get Mom Strong founder, Ashley Nowe, and pre and postnatal yoga instructor, Gina Brogna-Homes, for a chill flow to ease those motherhood aches and pains.
This flow is pregnancy friendly and is safe for women experiencing diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence and other postpartum issues. All you need is a yoga mat! Blanket or yoga block optional. For pregnancy modifications, have a chair or elevated surface nearby.
This is a full body yoga practice.
