Uddiyana bandha has many benefits and can be practiced regularly. Should be practiced on an empty stomach.

  • It was first time I was doing this style breath work and it’s unbelievable. I had nose congestion and by 3rd round, it was completely open! Also by the end of the each round, I was feeling taller in my spinal cord and no discomfort or back pain at all. The sensation of peace and weightlessness is beyond belief!   • Holy cow this one such a different experience with this session! My entire body heated up to the point I was sweating a lot on my face and on my hands. I felt so good while I was doing it though, and felt super happy and the sense of wanting to smile the entire time. I also feel like this would be a really good one to do right before taking an ice bath. Is it normal to heat up with breath work of this style?
