Uddiyana bandha has many benefits and can be practiced regularly. Should be practiced on an empty stomach.
Benefits:
"It improves the blood circulation in the abdomen and pushes blood into the brain.
It provides strength and flexibility to the abdominal muscles and diagraphm.
It stimulates the digestive system and removes all the toxins from the body.

It was first time I was doing this style breath work and it’s unbelievable. I had nose congestion and by 3rd round, it was completely open! Also by the end of the each round, I was feeling taller in my spinal cord and no discomfort or back pain at all. The sensation of peace and weightlessness is beyond belief! Holy cow this one such a different experience with this session! My entire body heated up to the point I was sweating a lot on my face and on my hands. I felt so good while I was doing it though, and felt super happy and the sense of wanting to smile the entire time. I also feel like this would be a really good one to do right before taking an ice bath. Is it normal to heat up with breath work of this style?
