A lot of eye catching nonsense out there. Other than for MMA, are coaches that are worth a damn actually out there teaching "dirty boxing"? What a strange concept. ✌🏼

You'd be surprised at the variety of coaching styles with coaches that are decent. But to your point, typically the worse the coach the more of the dirty tactics they are teaching and less foundational skills.
