Indonesia has issued a tsunami warning and declared its highest level of alert following a series of volcanic eruptions.
Mount Ruang spat out a column of ash three kilometers high - accompanied by lightning bolts - as it erupted five times over the past two days.
The threat of rock slides prompted authorities to warn residents of the danger of tidal surges. Thousands of people have been evacuated from the remote northern island where the volcano is located.

@@haven216 yea I know what u sayin I mean EVERYTHING is all going in commotion together in an upward trajectory at quick pace. I live in New Zealand and a trumpet sound that had a spooky sound to it could be heard from most of the Country about 3 weeks ago, it happened on a clear sunny afternoon, but trumpet sounds which is the best way to describe the sound but the sound had a piercing train on track type noise very piercing but not so loud like a concert, It 100% got my Attention and thousands of other witnesses.

What even makes me feel terrified, is that the fact that ruang volcano is also just few kilometers away from the other dangerous awu volcano (which is at alert level 3 right now). Yesterdays eruption from ruang volcano was quite massive. It's plume rose to a height more than 44.000 ft above sea level. And the pyroclastic flow reaching 5km away from the summit. This is somewhat similar in pattern to mount kelud 10 years ago, that volcano also producing 27km height ash plume and begins with spike in eq activity 1 weeks earlier. But for now, there's no sign of such tsunami to occur, unless the activity increasing once again and creating more explosion. Stay safe everyone. Krakatoa's eruption also made the loudest sound in recorded history. In 1815, a different Indonesian volcano erupted, Mount Tambora. Because of all the ash in the air, the next year was called "the year without summer," crops didn't grow that following year, and there were famines across the world.
So far it's not as big. But there's potential.

Seriously? If it's native animals, you can't do something about them. They are part of the natural world. If it's about domesticated animals or pets. Then it's either the people fault leaving them or there just not enough time considering the roaring proximity of the volcano intensified eruption.

We are in Indonesia and the mountain is on the sea and far away from population. A village in a small island already evacuated to avoid the tsunami... so everything is ok now...
The population are across a small channel (1.18 km wide) in reach of pyroclastic flows and tsunamis caused by pyroclastic flows entering the sea. There are people that even live on the volcanic island itself.
That is the danger of Tsunamis, they wander far distances.

Looks what happened to Anak Krakatoa volcano eruption in 2018. The eruption was literally caused tsunami and killed 400 people (if I'm not mistaken).
