Nothing like the powerful smell of rodents and moldy stuff along with some 12 + hour days but the interesting stuff makes it worth doing and mostly profitable. I compiled a database of buyers and brokers. Some in CA, the rest scattered around the USA. I also went to about 12 - 20 trade shows of many diverse industries almost every year for near 30 years, so I have connections all over the planet, as well! Now that I live near these guys (just down the 15 a bit), I'm willing to help them in some way.

  • Ive been watching you off and on , either your TV show which i find very interesting and your videos on KZhead. Ive come to realize that you have your hand in just about everything, good for you, and you help where ever you can. Just ran across vid were you assit in pulling a car from a river. You are one of a few of bloggers that i tell my daughter to watch from time to time when she gets sad about people around her. Simply saying there is good in the world even though when things are tough.

  • I discovered this channel yesterday through your work searching for the young desert farmer who, unfortunately, seems to have met with a foul end. I hate that whole situation. However, and on a lighter note, I am so happy to have found the channel. I have already watched a few Epic Episodes and I enjoyed the antics of you and your people.

  • This was a great video. I think it was worth it for you because of the youtube channel. If someone else had bought that warehouse though, they would of came out with a net loss. 15k purchase + another 5-10k for labor and equipment costs, plus landfill disposal. Most people would of had a hard time breaking even.
