Considering they mentioned the developer, "Bungie", who made both Halo and Destiny, it's either a huge coincidence that he guessed that or he has some knowledge of video games.

This, my friends, is the difference between nerds and geeks.
Facts.
You don't have to be a geek to be a gamer. Being a gamer or youtuber is an incredibly common and mundane thing to do these days. It's not something that is at all considered weird or quirky. Now if you were talking about table top wargaming or something then sure. But not video games, especially console video games that half the population are playing.
Specifically video game geeks. Nerds in general have different likes and dislikes. Some nerds are video game geeks, others are comic book geeks, others are TV or movie geeks. There isn't automatic overlap between these groups.

@L T Skyrim is a good game that extended beyond it's core fanbase. Morrowind (and arguably Oblivion) are better if you want a true RPG experience.
@@Andrew-zm8gh I never played Morrowind due to it being a little too dated by the time I got in to The Elder Scrolls series, but one thing I will always say that Skyrim had over Oblivion with regards to roleplaying (not sure if this is true in the case of Morrowind), is that all dungeons had something unique, a little story you could pick up from notes or things you find in them where you could piece together events that had happened where Oblivion had barely any of this. You could essentially skip 75% of all dungeons due to them having no story, nothing unique, and just being rehashes of the same thing again and again. The only things I will give Oblivion over Skyrim were the Dark Brotherhood story, possibly the Mages guild story, and absolutely The Shivering Isles, they were all so memorable.

I didn't get the joust one but I've never heard of it
"Make your future, fighting Ghaul, leader of the Red Legion, in this second iteration of Bungie's game" Jordan: "What is Halo...?" Me: "Its a wrong answer but your instincts were correct."
He's a little confused but he's got the spirit.
Imagine if they included a Master Chief armor set when VoG rereleases.
@@trickytreyperfected1482 hell yeah
@@tawfeeqshaik8349 I want my full auto exotic fusion rifle right next to my master chief armor set.
I feel as though the most obscure question was the Joust question. The rest requires that you have had even a small peak into the gaming hobby. "What is Halo?"
joust was very popular..... I didn't know which FPS was the one in the final question, but I've been to an arcade in the early 90's.
I only knew about Joust because a weird picture of an ostrich popped into my head. And its the only bird that fit other than an Emu.
Paul Smith Late 90's kid here, never heard of the joust game so couldn't give a solid answer to that. Destiny (part of the final question) I've not played, but it has a bunch of adverts and stuff floating around, to the point where I get kinda annoyed and mute them when they show up.
Props to the guy for guessing Halo, he heard "Bungie" and thought of a Bungie game.
Never played Joust, but I still knew the answer. It's far from obscure.
The only Jeopardy topic I have known all the answers off the top of my head.
We got a classic Alex “genre” pronunciation right at the end too! RIP to a real one.
