  • I was diagnosed with lupus a few years ago. Through a holistic practitioner I was put on a gluten and dairy free diet, along with intermittent fasting and I don’t eat until at least noon everyday. I also don’t mix raw and cooked foods together. My lunch everyday consists of a salad with some type of nut. Then I wait at least 1-3 hrs to eat again…which consists of a meat, vegetable and a starch or grain. After another hour I can then eat a dessert. This is my routine everyday. After being on this diet for two months my leaky gut was healed and I’ve had two lupus tests which came back negative. I firmly believe everything starts in the gut. Thank you for this great informative video.

  • 1/8 of a teaspoon/Turmeric, 1/8 of cinnamon, Green Tea, and ginger is my "go to" tea during my first meal. It definitely helps with weight loss and going 💩 I also take a refrigerated probiotic daily. Gut health is number one when it comes to regulation of hormones as well. I know this first hand with having no ovairies/cervix! No HT here 🙏Thanks Doc 🙏❤

    • @@d.martinez-rodriguez333….you can try this recipe (indian)… wash lentils and soak it for 3 hours. Take it out and add enough water ( for one cup of lentils you can add 2 1/2 cup water) and cook it . Just check periodically if the water is dried out . if required add some more water .when it is cooked 3/4th % add some sliced tomatoes. when the tomatoes are soft add a handful of moringa leaves( or any greens you like) .let them boil for few minutes. if you like you can add a small bit of crushed ginger and garlic. Add salt and a pinch turmeric powder and pepper powder. Adding a bit of cinnamon will enhance its taste so much .finally in another pan add one spoon coconut oil , splutter a teaspoon of mustard, a pinch of fenugreek and fennel seeds. reduce the flame to minimum. add 2 pinches of sliced shallots . wait until they are light brown.Add them to the cooked lentils. If you love celery you can add a pinch on top and cover it with a lid for sometime. All the flavours will get infused into the whole lentils thus .ENJOY 😊😊

    • I tried a concoction of Garlic, Turmeric and Lime in one morning. Made a tea and i felt the relief almost instantly. It DEFINITELY made my day smooth. I was suffering gas, bloating, stomach cramps and diarrhea. I am now Team Turmeric!!
