The temps are better than the fps.
I have 11400F, 4080 Super, 32 gb ddr4 3600, and i have about 70fps in CP2077 in 4K with the same graphics settings. Something wrong in your video....

It's very strange as the cpu isn't bottlenecking. I've just checked other people's benchmarks such as testing games, and his results seem to be the same as mine?
Ok, i found whats wrong. If dlss set on quality a have 50 fps, dlss set on auto - 70 fps.
