startup of n28684 engine procedure, Grumman tiger aa5b, for sale

1978 Grumman "Tiger" AA5B, N28684, with a lycoming O-360 engine. TTAF is ~ 1870, TSMOH is around ~513 hours, performed by Penn Yan Aero in 2014. Procedure is to select L mag, turn on master and alternator, full rich, activate boost pump, verify fuel pressure, turn off pump, prime with 3-6 shots, crack open the throttle, press starter, once started switch to both mags, lean mixture, adjust throttle to produce 1000 rpms or desired setting.
