I was at deaths door and they said I was not sick on my notes two days later worse I was having a massive heart attack and they still said I was not sick agonising stomach and chest pains lasted four years till I started to research all the foods and supplements to heal my body & tests for allergies and toxins - it took eight months to get the hospital records! 5 years later still in complaints and the parliamentary health ombudsman as they squirm and refuse to answer simple health questions like my blood pressure off the charts internal blood loss and W waves and MI on the ECG now I’m having to explain to them (supposed doctors and healthcare staff) what’s on the ECG’s!!

  • The natural form of vitamin E (d-alpha) is better absorbed in the human body than than the synthetic form (dl-alpha). Read the labels. Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin so taking it with some form of fat or oil (food) can enhance its absorption. I recently read that vitamin E is better taken in the evening with food.

In my modest opinion, the tone of voice in your voice over is warm and agreeable to listen to. • What about white pine needle tea loaded with vitamin C

    @kennethcastonguay7376@kennethcastonguay73763 ай бұрын
    • White pine needle tea is indeed an intriguing natural remedy, noted for its high vitamin C content among other compounds. Vitamin C is essential for various bodily functions, including the maintenance of skin, blood vessels, bones, and immune system health. Beyond vitamin C, white pine needle tea is also said to contain other beneficial antioxidants and compounds that may support overall health. It's important to highlight that while white pine needle tea can be a source of nutrients, it's crucial to ensure correct identification and preparation of the needles to avoid consuming any potentially harmful species. Not all pine species are safe to consume, so it's essential to consult credible sources or experts before making and consuming tea from pine needles. Furthermore, while natural remedies like white pine needle tea can complement a healthy diet, they should not replace medical treatments or advice from healthcare professionals. It's always a good idea to discuss the inclusion of herbal teas or supplements with a healthcare provider, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking medication. In summary, white pine needle tea is an interesting traditional beverage with potential health benefits. However, safety and moderation are key, as with any herbal remedy or supplement. Thank you for introducing this curiosity.

The other ones they are using in our vitamins are synthetic and they say not to take those if you are taking E by itself because they are not good. Complex Vitamin C like camu camu very high, and vitamin C foods, Phyto nutrients like garlic and capers and see greens are very good like spirulina and quercetin foods and supplements, turmeric, potassium and magnesium, cod liver oil, a doctor said you don't need fish oil, you need cod liver oil which also has vitamin D in A. Nattokinase, enzymes like from pineapple and serapeptase from silkworms. Minerals or electrolytes, electric minerals are better. At least a liter of water. Remember, you could take a pill but you should be eating the food. Bless your food and drinks, exercise. Remember, Colonel Sanders lived to be 93 and some athletes don't make it past 50. @janespitfire9884@janespitfire98843 ай бұрын
    • Cinnamon and moringa are both known for their health benefits and have been used in traditional medicine for various purposes. Cinnamon is believed to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Some studies suggest that it might help in managing blood sugar levels and improving circulation. However, the direct impact of cinnamon on blood clots is not well established, and it should not be considered a primary treatment for blood clots. Moringa is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It's known for its anti-inflammatory and health-promoting properties. Like cinnamon, there's limited direct evidence to suggest that moringa tea can prevent or reduce blood clots, but its overall health benefits might contribute to better circulatory health. While both cinnamon and moringa tea can be part of a healthy diet, it's crucial to remember that they should not replace medical treatment for blood clots or other serious conditions. If you're considering these teas for specific health benefits, it's a good idea to discuss this with a healthcare professional. They can provide advice based on your individual health needs and ensure that any natural remedies you're considering are safe and appropriate for your situation.

    @DanielByers-qf9qi@DanielByers-qf9qi3 ай бұрын
    • Thank you for sharing this information! It’s interesting to note how fibrinolytic enzymes, like Lumbrokinase, are being studied for their potential applications in cardiovascular health and clot prevention. Lumbrokinase, derived from earthworms, is indeed recognized for its potent fibrinolytic activity. However, it's important to remember that, before starting any supplement, especially those that affect blood clotting, consulting a healthcare professional is crucial. This is particularly true for individuals who are already taking anticoagulant medications or have existing medical conditions. A personalized approach to health is key, and a healthcare professional can provide advice based on an individual's specific health needs and conditions.

    • Remove sugary stuff from your food. Eat enough proteins both plants and animals, Brazilian nuts, zinc supplements, . Then eat lots of raw onions. Blend and drink say 2,sizable every day. Drink a lot of water, exercise not running. Swimming is my fav. Do these and I will tell you more afterwards if these don't work.

    • Thank you for your valuable insights and for sharing your expertise as a Naturopathic Doctor. Your points about Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Magnesium bring important nuances to the conversation on supplements and their roles in health management. I appreciate the clarification that Vitamin E doesn't dissolve blood clots and the indication that the dosage recommendation might need adjustment. It's crucial to rely on professional guidance for the correct dosages that are both safe and effective. Your emphasis on Vitamin C's extensive health benefits, including its role in supporting the immune system and its antioxidant properties, is well-taken. It's indeed a vital nutrient with wide-ranging impacts on health and wellbeing. Regarding Magnesium, your point about the importance of specific forms for different health benefits is particularly enlightening. Magnesium Taurate's specific application for heart health is a valuable piece of information that underscores the complexity of nutritional supplementation and the importance of choosing the right type for specific health outcomes. It's always beneficial to have such informed discussions about the nuances of naturopathic treatments and the importance of specificity in supplement selection. This underscores the value of consulting with healthcare professionals to tailor health strategies to individual needs. Thank you for highlighting these critical aspects.
