Daf is not even close to be a truck , stupid fu"cking engine , overheating overheating overheating i just started the engine overheating what the hell , Daf head gasket breaks quickly DAF gasket breaking down so quick. Daf is not a heavy load truck at all . You wanna buy daf make sure that your business is picking up empty trailers from A to B and back to A . Stupid DAF is bullshit.

    • I never tried iveco but on the road i see them climbing the up hills like cheetah 🐆 , The only issue of iveco is fuel consumption, and do not buy 460hp or - always get 480 + . And do not buy stupid toys as DAF . Renault is better that DAF . Even Ford is better than DAF .

  • Aqui no Brasil a FORD abandonou literalmente e ainda fechou 3 fabricas, 2 veículos e caminhão. Mesmo assim restou várias marcas. SCANIA VOLKSWAGEN. VOLVO. DAF. IVECO.

  • DAF looks cool for ets2. I think I should try it, but my main will always be scania. Irl if I would buy a truck, I think that would be scania or volvo.

    • @@chesoriadomingo7068 No sire, it's not. The MX-13 developed at Eindhoven This engine is a DAF engine and is called after her mother PACCAR. This engine is completely developed by DAF Trucks at Brainport Eindhoven the Netherlands. DAF’s know how since 1956. That’s why the engine is metric till the very last bold.     • @@chesoriadomingo7068 DAF was bought by PACCAR in 1993. To enter the European market and use DAF's experience in turbo diesels. The MX13 and MX11 where developed in Eindhoven. Because PACCAR gives DAF the task to develop the engines while in America electric and hydrogen drivetrains are developed. DAF is currently developing a new engine range. They're gonna be a little bigger. I can say from trusted sources.

  • DAF should be compared to MAN or Mercedes-Benz. Not these B brands. Only Scania and Volvo are better than DAF.

  • DAF: no power, no fuel efficiency, meaning; last on top of a hill and best customer at the fuelstation. Forget 'em!!

  • It's strange but Ford has dropped completely out of the picture where the trucks on UK roads are concerned. The Haulage industry in the UK in the last couple of decades has more or less been made of the Big 7. 1) Mercedes Benz 2) MAN 3) Volvo 4) Scania 5) DAF 6) IVECO 7) Renault

    • What's supposed to be strange about that? Ford has closed all of its production facilities in Great Britain and put employees on the streets. So it's only logical for the freight forwarding companies in Great Britain to Completely avoid Ford brand vehicles. The Ford F-Max is produced in Turkey, the majority of Ford cars are manufactured in Germany, Romania or Turkey.
