It does give someone a job but, if you've never worked in one it is absolutely mind numbing doing the same simple thing all day every day. At least for me it was unbelievably depressing after a year doing it....Maybe some people enjoy that though.

    • Right? I think it takes a different breed of engineer to have a company hand you a product and say "build me a factory to make millions of these with good quality, safely, and at a good price"

      @weirdshibainu@weirdshibainu2 ай бұрын
    • @@DDDD-qj5ggReally depends not on the factory, but on the company. I worked in manufacturing and the company I worked for would pay for your college classes ( you paid for books) as long as you received a "C'" in every class. I got a 4 year degree for the cost of books and a lot of hard work. Yes, factory work can be boring, but really most jobs are and while you do have co-workers, almost every one I know that has a job interacting with the public really hates their job.

  • I watched this video because I've recently been seeing oil residue in the water I use to cook my noodles and was wondering if there was any oil used in the process. It seems not, so I think the noodles I'm buying might be contaminated in some way.

  • These noodles are so abundant and cheap because you’re literally eating nothing except wheat flour. Ramen contains zero nutrients when eaten on its own and provides no sustenance. The “I survived off ramen in college” is a pathetic story given the fact that this food does nothing for your body.
