We show the step by step process of changing the ground dive belt on this Hustler Raptor SD zero turn mower model 932566.
The belt part number 603907R (607400) can be purchased at amzn.to/3uNAV3n
This is one of the easier belts to replace and with these steps you can do it in a matter of minutes.
From start to finish this repair (without recording a video) would have taken me less than 15 minutes total.
It is made a lot easier by the design since you do not have to remove the PTO clutch in order to replace this pulley.

Excellent instructions here. You actually showed the installation. Some guys out there just show the new belt in place. One even insisted that the blade belt didn't have to come off. Guess he uses magic. LOL.
Haha that's a new one!! Thanks for watching!
Watched 3 other videos yours was the best and appreciated the video mower is up and running in less than 30 minutes
Awesome! Thanks for watching!
Thank you. I literally had to do this today - you saved me!

Word to the Wise! DON'T remove beastly Deck Belt Spring. Save your time & fingers by following method shown in this video instead. Genius. God bless.
Good info! Thanks for watching!
I watched a few videos on this, but you did the best job, not over complicating it. Thanks for sharing!
Glad to help! Thanks for watching!
Just put one on a 5 year old Hustler 42 in. cut. Be advised that the new belts may be a little wider and harder to put over the pullies. Really had to work hard as it hits the top of the frame and takes a lot of pushing to get it in. Also there is a skid plate I had to take off to be able to reach the pullies. Had to remove the bracket that holds the PTO clutch. It's not as easy as he makes it look. Took me over 2 hours but I could not have done it without this video.
I have never seen one that the bracket or pulley had to be taken off but thanks for sharing this! If I get another one in this style maybe I will do a remake. Glad to help

Glad to help
Unreal how easy you made this, I did however have to take off the deck spring because of the deck belt being too tight. So in total 12 mins from start. Thanks!!
Awesome job! Thanks for watching!

Hi I ordered jd140 but returned because it didn’t have cruise control so I ordered cub cadet XT1 46” 23 hp koler- hope you work on one and post all related repairs for it- thank you bud
Have worked on plenty but there will be more to come I am sure! Thanks for watching!
There is an electric plug of some kind preventing access to the pulley. The one in your vid is on the back of your pulley where as mine is on the front side and the wire is blocking me from installation. Is that connector a plug or is that a fixed connection?
There is an electrical connection where it can be removed either right at the pulley or up the wire with a plastic connection
Any advice for how to lift the backend once the belt has slipped and the whole thing is immobile? I can't get under it enough to finnagle those belts and springs
It sure is difficult without some help! A jack and some jack stands or ramps to prop the back up will do you wonders for access
Great video and thank you sir for sharing your time and expertise . I have a damaged transmission blower fan (rear right side) and will be replacing it when parts arrive. My mower is a 2016 Hustler Raptor SD 60" model #935916. VERY little clearance between top of drive belt pulley and solid metal above it. Almost no clearance so it looks like I will need to drop the transmission down some to access the nut that holds the pulley and fan on the transmission shaft. Since the pulley looks to be in good condition was going to replace the fan only ($17) rather than replacing with the fan/pulley kit ($67). Any suggestions / recommendations regarding fan only vs fan/pulley kit? Also any suggestions / cautions about gaining some clearance by loosening off on the transmission mounting bolts? I've looked at your video play list and didn't find any video of yours regarding fan replacement. Anyway, any advice you could share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance !!
Yeah, just drop it down a bit and you should be able to get it replaced without issue. Just replacing the fan is fine if the pulley is good, no need for the kit
Thanks bro
Glad to help! Thanks for watching!
Just found the channel and enjoy the content. Which mower do you recommended for .75 acres and under 3k? Thanks!
Doesn't seem like they exist anymore...Home Dept last week had Toro Timecutter at $3,299...
A LOT EASIER Lol. then on mine Thanks for earlier showing tips on getting a drive down.
Definitely one of the easiest! Thanks for watching!
Is there a way to lower the fan /pulley??? There’s like no space between the pulley and the bottom of the deck 🙃
Can you drop the deck further down? Talking to main pto pulley?
Same one before Like the one you’ll got
Sorry not for you’ll

Nice!

Hi
Hello
Mower needs a good cleaning. Blow off all that grass and dirt with a blower please. Makes the job so much nicer
Very little grass on it compared to most but it was blown off before sending back. One cut and that grass gathered back in the same spot though, I'm sure. We also did a tune up on it after this belt replacement. Thanks for watching!
