  • It's always a huge honour to sit down with Gervais and one that I would not have if it wasn't for this platform. I want to take this moment to say a huge thank you to anybody that has ever supported this channel, you're fucking great. Please do drop a like on the video if you enjoyed it, let me know your thoughts on the interview, and also suggest who you'd like to see next! All the love, and a little hate. x

    • @Dick Whole not really that hard for people who want to and choose to do something about it. But yeah what i meant is a lot of people seem to think just having someone breathe on you or cough in your direction means you're gonna die.because of this "pandemic". A lot of that was fuelled by the media imo. One guy in his early 90s here was otherwise fit and healthy, walked miles every day but was persuaded by his kids to stay home when all this shit kicked off. He started watching the news, became terrified to go out, muscles wasted away, and he died earlier this year. I know most people will say well he was in his 90s but I doubt he would have had such a rapid decline if it hadn't been for all this fear mongering. And even now some people are warning not to banish face masks. That's not living. That's obsessing

  • Having watched pretty much everything Gervais has done recently, interviews, radio, podcasts etc, it was fantastic and a huge relief to see you get some new, funny, natural things out of him. Gervais has an 'interview mode' where he says the same sort of things answering the same questions, but you were able to change that up. I think that is partly due to your obvious rapport with him. Interviewers always ask him the same sort of questions and so we always get the same 'open wound', 'subject not the target of a joke', 'might be anti the bad thing' in every interview. And whilst he did spend about 10 mins talking about those things that he has tired out now, you got loads of funny things out of him including a few new anecdotes, and you added a few funny things yourself. Really impressed, Jack, keep it up. Edit: Special mention to Nozzer who also had a couple of funny lines. You certainly aren't redundant, as one commenter said, ha ha.

    @janderson2709@janderson27096 жыл бұрын

    • Melissa I've just left that same comment. How can nobody have asked him explicitly about Steve for 5 years though! Why is nobody asking him?

      @smallbeansish@smallbeansish6 жыл бұрын
    • Last year in an interview Steve got asked about the Brent film ‘Life On The Road’ and Steve quickly brushed over the topic saying “It’s one of Ricky’s own projects” and that’s all that has been said in years... Hopefully they’ll join again in the future, in the mean time I’ll just keep listening and watching everything they made over and over again, it never gets boring anyway!!
