  • Um if its grinding its not lack of grease its bad bearings and by the sound of them you need new ones and take it to an actual shop. Plus re greasing makes no sense there was more than enough

  • i use Marine grease and it works great for packing hubs, planetary gears, or anything where water repulsion is a concern, as well as dirt

  • Kenapa tidak melakukan pergantian bearing? Pemakaian Grease berlebihan membuat kotoran sisa breaking semakin melekat dan menyumbat putaran bearing.. kenapa pelumasan Grease tidak di campur dengan oli agar konsentrasi atau kekentalan Grease menjadi lebih baik..

  • I can see some people's r commenting about tightening so much but here in these hubs we have something which is called sleeves and the sleeves prevent these bearing to move freely does'nt matter how much u tight it ,it will move freely just put SIM in there and tight as much as u want and keep it free also

  • It didn't needed the sloppy repack, it needs new bearings and proper preload! I don't think they really understand what are they doing.

    • Everything done here was fine considering the tools used. If the bearings and races have no wear then there's no need to waste money and resources. You sound ignorant and rude.

    • @@khamlunzou9183 I'm a mechanic. Bearings is a basic concept. They need preload, they need to be tight but not crushed loose enough that they ride freely but without being loose. This person just tighten the bearing until it couldn't move

    • @@tool3769 I never mentioned tools nor lack of resources. That was a subject you brought, do not reflect in me. As for me, I'm a mechanic and I've work with less. Dunno why you call me ignorant but that doesn't matter. I don't think it was fine considering the person in the video tightened the bearing until the nut wouldn't budge. How do you know the bearings and races are fine? The video doesn't show. Also the grease looked knew when he removed the bearing, probably a job that returned. No wonder it did, considering it doesn't look like they know what are they doing.

  • Too tight are not good for bearings, I usually loosen the ties a bit and put my full trust in the safety pins, no need to use a lot of grease and no need to worry about overheating😇

  • Das ist kein Mechaniker, sondern ein Schuster. Wenn er vor dem Demontieren der Bremstrommel die Bremsen zurückgestellt hätte, wäre die Bremstrommeln leichter heruntergegangen. Das vordere Radlager fällt in den Dreck, beim Herausschlagen des hinteren Radlagers lag dies auch im Staub. Neues Fett repariert nicht. Das alte Fett sieht noch gut aus. Ferner müssen Kegelrollenlager eingestellt werden. Das geschieht durch hauchdünnen Distanzscheiben, die bei alten Lagern dann weggenommen werden. Ferner läuft die Radnabe nach dem Anziehen mit dem Rohr viel zu schwer.

    • Bearings are bad. He likely repacked them before not knowing what you really do, owner complained it still made noise, so he went wild with the grease. But the bearings are still bad so they'll still grind, and likely worse now that he put a psychotic amount of preload on them

  • I don’t understand why they are doing it in the first place. The colour of the used grease tells me that it was not even driven 1000km. I can say that because the quality of grease used in our countries is so bad that it would turn black after 100km. The only thing I can think of is that the previous job didn’t solve the problem and neither would this. It needs new bearings.

  • Ебать он туда смазки наложил конечно )))) полная ступица + в подшипники забил ))) Подшипники забиваешь смазкой, немного в ступицу и этого более чем достаточно. При таком количестве смазки как она набил - большую ее часть выкинет со ступицы в тормоза и подшипники перегреются.

    • Когда он разбирал там вообще смазка чистая была как новая зачем он всю эту работу проделал не понятно еще и пол ведра смазки в пустую захуярил сразу бы тормозной барабан набил доверху двумя ведрами))

  • Снял подшипники,убрал старую смазку помыл, смазал, поставил обратно, смысл ? Из-за смазки выработка подшипников никуда не уйдёт)

    • Выработки нет, это просто профилактическая смазка, раз в 100-200 тыс км нужно проводить, а в их регионе где сухо и много пыли ещё чаще

  • MYTHS ABOUT HYDRAULIC OILS My Self Yash Bhatt, Chemical & Lubricant Engineer (Lukeron Lubricants India). I want to tell you so many things as per your video. MYTH About Hydraulic Oils 1. As you say the Yellow oil is having a Dust particles and other contamination so you are wrong in this. The Yellow oil means This Oil Having wide range of Additives such as ZDDP, AW, MPS. Yellow color doesn't means it's a bad quality. 2. As you say that about viscosity right. In The White Tube Oil is Hydraulic HLP ISO 32/46 and In a Yellow Tube Oil Viscosity is a ISO 68. That's why there is difference in flow rate. 3. Viscosity depends on application and NAS value. Please do not claim wrong information, first you go and analysis. 1. Base Oil Types : Naphthenic & Paraffinic 2. Base Oil Groups : Group 1 - SN70, SN150, SN300, SN400, SN500, SN600 (Viscosity Index range - 95 to 105) (Appearance - Yellowish) 3. Group 2 - N70, N150, N300, N400, N500, N600 (Viscosity Index Range - 110 to 135) (Appearance - Bright & Clear) 4. Group 3 - cSt 2, cSt 3,4,6,8.

  • Велосипед я так в детстве ремонтировал......подшипники и гайки в песке качал,в бензине патом мыл ,всю эту хуйню обратно ставилно солидол ,за то новый......
