  • I thought my insomnia growing up was bad but now being at home with a one month old I barely get any sleep at all. It's incredible how our bodies learn to adjust to barely getting any rest or sleep after going through 9 months of pregnancy, giving birth, and then caring for our babies once they arrive. My daughter wakes up about 3 to 4 times a night for feedings and diaper changes. I'm exhausted but my body seems to run on a natural high.

    • thank you for sharing your experience.. @@Iamjessicakouassi I find people who try to convince themselves that they're happy (aka "im running on a natural high") in spite of their struggles (aka sleep deprivation) really invalidating for what women truly experience post partum. I cant imagine how much they're also truly struggling trying to put up a front.

  • Thanks for showing this! Where do you get your night lamp ? It seems like a nice one that’s not too bright. Also where can I find such a beautiful bedside bassinet ?

  • You are so lucky to have experienced this. And I hate to brag but my baby has slept threw the night since born. And he spent practically 6 months in hospital.

  • I’m watching this jealous of the newborn days. I cosleep and BF my 11 month old still and for some reason my son will wake every 20 mins. We’ve been at this stage for a few months now and it’s harrrrd. Hoping to re sleep train again Monday as he’s off nursery for a week, he’s finally not sick, not teething and we seem to be coming into the clear 😅🤞🏼

  • What pillow do you use for breastfeeding? I love that shape, it seems much easier to use than traditional breastfeeding pillows. I have yet to find one that is comfortable
