Zain K I have done that before................once, in a Evo VI Tommi Mak. It moved about 6ft before brrrrrrrrrr. Hang on that’s not right. Got it flushed.........but it was never the same again tbh.....

Excellent review, excellent car. I think of cost v performance v spec, then this is the model to go for (more so the the RSQ8, which is £20k more for an extra 0.3 seconds 0-60), and getting it in the Vorsprong edition is the choice, thx again!
I'm not generally an Audi lover but this car is awesome. I drive three cars a bentley a ford kuga 2.5 turbo which is awesome for what it is and my wifes car which is a ford titanium x bit on it's way out time to get rid of the Bentley and have a look at this Audi but will wait for depreciation. Thanks Rory I do prefer petrol as supposed to diesel

Speedometers overexaggerate your speed slightly for safety, so I think the SQ8 may have actually been doing the limited 155mph, just the speedo indicates you're going faster....
Yeah, I would like to see that compared to a gps speed. A speedometer is not allowed to indicate a lower speed legally I believe, and they need to account for slight differences in tire circumference so they usually are a certain percentage higher. Being a percentage the actual difference becomes bigger when speeds become higher. On that other hand, German cars are generally electronically limited to 250kph (which is 155), this one just might have the limiter disabled. Then again, it should have horsepower to go even further without something limiting it (300bhp cars reach those speeds too).

You have mentioned for RSQ8 video that the car has some under steer but for the SQ8 you mentioned the car does not suffer from this issue. Does this entail the SQ8 is the one to get?

Rory, you need to do the same review of the BMW X6 M50i. I'm looking to by one of the two, SQ8 or BMW X6 M50i. They'll be 2021s. So far, the only plus for the SQ8, that I can see is the inside technology. Both look good and the looks are purely subjective to each individual. Loved the video and I miss the autobahn. I enjoyed it better before they started restricting some areas.
As a bm m driver I think the most important question to ask yourself is what kind of driver are you? Are you a spirited driver who enjoys twisty stuff and sending it sometimes or someone who prefers to be as comfortable as you can be at any moment on the road? The BM takes the pants off Audi when you're driving it to enjoy it around the twisty stuff and it's usually more loud. And the Audi usually has a better built interior and softer in suspension
@@supaahflyy what year and middle M you have. BMWs have come a long way with their interior quality and Audi S and RS line has vastly improved their suspension. My dilemma is I can find an SQ7 but not an SQ8 to drive. I can find BMW X6 M40i but not an M50i. I would like to see a direct comparison of the 2. Since I can't get both vehicles in the proper trim level.

Diesel may pollute more but it compensates by having higher fuel efficiency. Though that depends on how you drive it...
I doubt it has smaller turbos, it probaly has exactly the same engine but with a different ecu software.
