  • Beardsley is one of the greatest players to ever grace the game, completely under rated and because of his quiet and shy demeanour, he always stayed under the radar, until he was on the pitch. If the truth was told about his conduct when he was sacked as a youth coach for racism, he was coaching a group of mostly disrespectful wannabes or neverbes, Beardsley is not a racist ask the many black players he has played along side and knew over the years, it was a simple case of word twisting, which if taken out of context sounded like a racist remark. For a legend of the game to be tarnished like that, is not fair, especially for one of the trully genuine nice blokes of football, who always made an effort with fans amd has time for anyone who approaches him.

I didnt crack on i knew him and couldnt understand a word of his advice. I should have asked him directions to kenny Dalglish's house Lol . A very skilled Liverpool player.
