    • You forgot the added seconds the refs gave them too towards the end of the game, and yet, we still beat them!🤣

    • @@JohnnyBGoode-xw9zj eh I guess you could say that but I found that the extra seconds were the right call cuz in those cases, the ball was kinda out of play before the time could be stopped and in my opinion that if those seconds weren't added then the alotted gametime would be shorter than regulation. Basically if they didn't add those seconds then they might as well just run the clock during the timeouts because the ball isn't in play either. Then again Michigan had 4 chances to possibly win the game or tie it and blew it in those last 30 seconds.

  • When Juzang rolled his ankle and Michigan started to get close I thought that was it was really bad luck, but I'm glad the Bruins hung in there. Michigan is an excellent team, one of the toughest games I've seen UCLA play this year. Great game Bruins! On to the Final 4!

  • I'm so happy that Steve Alford is no longer the coach at UCLA! This Coach Cronin team has heart. Whatever happens against the Zags I'm proud of the Bruins toughness. They lost two of their best players and other players on the team stepped up and excelled. Eight clap from Thailand.

Juzang has been scoring at an elite level for March Madness but Jaquez is an awesome athlete, rebounder, scorer, defender, and all around better player this season. Go Bruins!!

    • I agree - while it was nice to have March Madness back it wasn't much of a tournament overall - not very many close games or memorable moments outside of the Suggs shot - and the lack of fans in attendance detracted from the atmosphere. But this UCLA run was March Madness at its' finest. They deserved a better fate against Gonzaga TBH.

  • UM offense couldn't buy a bucket those last couple minutes. Man, they had a half dozen legit shots to win that, but the Pac-12 keep trucking. UCLA gets serious respect for being a first-4 to the Final 4.

JJJ had an outstanding defensive night also. UM was held to their lowest scoring total of the season and it wasnt because of chance. Offense is 50% but defenseis also the other half. Great game to beat a #1 seed!!!

  • Yes, Wagner and Smith choked by missing open threes. Yes, Michigan choked by missing 8 straight shots. Yes, Michigan ran the exact same play through Dickinson multiple times, and he missed. However, UCLA deserves all the credit in the world. Cronin has outcoached Nate Oats AND Juwan Howard and brought his team to a defense level that nobody thought possible. They had to come back from down 14 to beat a Michigan State team that beat 3 of the top 5 seeds just to make the tournament, and they step up when the time matters. Will they beat Gonzaga? Probably not, but they deserve this moment.

    • I was very thankful for that.....but, I was wondering the same as our PG (Tyger) was kinda turned around and gave up a lot of pathway. But, their PG may have feared getting fouled and he had already choked 2 free throws earlier in the game. I guess he wanted to issue the dagger.
