    • he is, he has stated that sadly, his baseline pain level is like a 10 :/ Poor dude. In a lot of the videos on his channel I think he's doped up a bit on opiates and it crushes me, still love him though.

  • Ronnie is an absolute bloody legend, i got a taste of a double herniated disc couple years ago, it literally took me two years to recover from it and i feel lucky. the pain scale easily tips to 10 and stays there, the pain, complications and all he has been through is heart wrenching but his mind/willpower & spirit to traverse such challenges is truly an inspiration to everyone. Light weeeeeight babyyyyyyy

    • As far as I know, he is about recovered as he ever will be. The damage is permanent and the body sucks at repairing itself at his age. Still always smiling though!

  • Sad to see Ronnie like this, he can't walk and can't stand straight up anymore, always hunched over when standing, must be in a lot of pain, looks like sitting down provides him some relief. Good to see him still enjoying his true passion which is being in the gym, training and hanging around other bodybuilders.
