The reason asian countries don't have the players is one the western countries (in my opinion) are generally more developed countries especially about 30-50 years ago. Therefore it's much more likely for those with disposable income to donate and even buy supporting teams merch therefore able to invest into stadiums holding larger crowds funding more tickets increasing money in order to buy better player, managers etc. therefore having a solid foundation in football allowing them to grow a fan base from those not from local area as well. Secondly, if you were a decent asain footballer you would rather go to countries with better pay like Honda, Son, Kagawa did. Just because you don't have decent players from your country doesnt mean you can't be a fan of the sport. The goal-line technology has yet to make a mistake, and that's because it was in development for years and never rushed. If you implement too much technology, eventually there wouldn't be a need for linesmen and referees.

Not completely for example I was watching Sevilla against Huesca in laliga and Sevilla scored two valid goals and one penalty wasn't called, then Huesca scored a goal that was affside before it even got to the shot and the VAR didn't call offside, against Valencia sevilla was robbed again of a clear penalty in the last minute which if they would have scored they would be in position for champions league rn

FIFA made Croatian GK to colloide on Alvarez to give Messi a penalty. 8. FIFA paid the entire Croatian defense to make sure Alvarez gets a solo goal. 9.
