  • Honing process of cylinder pipe not shown. Finished cylinders kept on raw floor; wooden pallets could be used. Hydraulic pressure testing not shown or done Worker skill is there but cleanliness and dust free environ is essential for hydraulic assembly. Also all components should be washed and deburred before assembly.

    • ​@@martindennehy3030El tubo debe de estar libre de contaminación, limpio, independiente de, en el montage del cilindro debe de ser una sala especial, con libre de cualquier tipo de partículas en suspensión, una sala con 2 puertas de acceso, y entre las 2 puertas de acceso un exuatorde aire.

  • Great to see the basics but installing a rusty return line is only going to introduce rust inside of the hydraulic cylinder. So so so bad for the cylinder and piston. A little more care and I’d have confidence in it lasting.

  • Ni un trabajador con elementos de protección personal, sin zapatos de seguridad, sin guantes de seguridad, sin protector de oídos, sin gafas de seguridad vi uno por ahí sin máscara para soldar, sin ropa adecuada para, taller sucio, desordenado, sin zonas demarcadas, por donde caminar, zonas para productos en proceso, productos en terminación, zonas para material en espera de entrar en proceso de producción, y sala de montage, con piezas limpias sin contaminación, yo jamás compraría un cilindro hechos en esta fábrica, por la condición de fabricación, los trabajadores no tienen muy buena técnica
