So much credit is given (and due tbh) to Morphine’s body during this lip sync, but I feel like the BEST part of her performance is how clean she was in those rap verses. This was one of the most lyrically dense songs I ever remember as an rpdr lip sync and Morphine was embodying every single syllable. Dawn could have levitated six inches above the stage while swallowing fire and she still would have lost. Morphine was perfect to crush this song and not just because of her BBL. But it sure didn’t hurt. 😂

There is no "neutral" performance song, anything they choose is easier for one queen than it is for the other. And the queens learn the lipsync songs during the entire recording of the season, so they just had this really good song and wanted to use it so at least one of the queens on the stage would give a good show. And as a friend commented above, none of them will win the season, so it doesn't matter which one goes home.

In her case it was a finale and their stupid asses chose to make a finale with only 2 queens competing, so if Kandy tapped out simply there would be no episode, the season would be ruined. Dawn, poor thing, could do nothing, if she chose to quit, the full story would never be told oficially by the show, she would end up like simply a sore loser and loose every chance to appear on a future season.
