A simple way to make a lathe tools to make threads, this method is the most effective method and is very often done in Indonesia, Pakistan and India... it is considered effective because it only requires relatively cheap materials, the lathe tools can also be used until it runs out, when it is dull or broken we just need to sharpen it..

  • Nice, how do ypu do it so fast? Do you have any trick to stopping/reversing the cutting tool out of the work. I always need to cut a endgroove or thread from the inside out

    • Some lathe have a stop when you disengage the power lever , some other need a little run out like you said

    • This lathe has a braking system, the braking system is on the dynamo, I only need to step on the brake pedal and the machine will stop

  • in realtà un portautensile si potrebbe realizzare senza saldatura, creando un modo di fissaggio dell'utensile sul porta utensile utilizzando semplici lavorazioni meccaniche che non implicano l'uso della saldatura! Basterebbe eseguire sul blocchetto di ferro due fori ortogonali: Uno di inserimento dell'utensile e uno filettato con grano di bloccaggio! E meno male che non sono un tornitore! Ma sono abituato a ricercare le soluzioni più semplici e efficaci!

  • کلا جک را بد سوار کردی آن دو شافت بلند توان نگهداری سیلندر زیر فشار را ندارند . و تازه ،فشار روی پوسته سیلندر است . محل نشستن جک به بالای پرس باید توسط یک فلانژ قوی به هم پیچ و متصل بشود . به ته سیلندر پرس چکار دارید ؟ اون سوراخ جای نشستن روی بازوی لودر و ... هست که فشار آنچنانی تحمل نمیکنند
