We live in the Philippines and they are Filipinos. Believe it or not, we can fish or farm any kinds of plants without restrictions. I work with foreign clients and imagine my surprise upon learning that you can get fined or sued for fishing or farming specific crops in the US. If your government can fine you for breathing, they will definitely do that too. 😂
