This channel is addictive.. ❤. Chris, please don’t take too long to upload new videos😭😭😭
I agree. I love his videos... They aren't boring like other channels
I totally agree, this is the best channel
@@wshamroukh they aren’t boring at all bro.. I just wish he uploaded more often as he used too before🤦🏿♂️
@@wshamroukh exactly and dont get me wrong i love mortske but he talks way too much like come on lol
@@wshamroukh hes alright though and i love duff
Hey Chris, I’m sure I’m speaking for the majority of folks that watch your video when I say, the “will it run” videos are cool but when you take us along with you, Jen and Gus on these trips, it gives a unique video. I have yet to see someone who spends as much time on the trip as you do. Sure Derek does something similar but I really enjoy watching the trip as much as the fixing. Please don’t change a thing.
I love the 87 suburban. I had 2 at the same time. Now I have a 90 & 91. Both 2 wheel drive 1/2 tons. 1 with tailgate and other with what I call barn doors. Just got to get both back on road. Nice job with yours
+1. I like the format. Maybe videos that are a bit longer because they’re so entertaining together with Jen and Gus. The drone shots are also nice.
you speak for yourself fella
I've commented before on this, it's like a free holiday.
Why would anyone just assume that they can speak for other individuals that they've never even met? This is what is wrong with today's society.
This is currently the best car repair/revival channel on KZhead. KZhead is lucky to have Chris!
It would’ve Better entertainment to stick with the 454 suburban. He had it running and shifting. Weld the original intake maybe stick a new camshaft in it is what we wanted to see. Then Drive the sketchy thing across the country lol 😂
@@aspenyukon6845 that is definitely what I wanted to see but i can only imagine the stress and logistics in trying to Drive something like that cross country. I was hoping he would just get a dolly and tow it home with emma 2
Mortske Repair is Better, and So is Sleeper Dude and VGG.
Legitstreetcars is pretty good too
I can't even imagine the amount of work that goes into one of these videos. So well edited and entertaining. Best car revival channel on KZhead.
Dude no lie I found your channel a couple days ago and I haven't gotten any sleep. I'm addicted to your videos!
Glad you like them! Get some sleep though! LOL. Thanks so much for tuning in
Same here
Same same!
I really admire the hard work, tenacity and, mostly, the patience you had with that Suburban. Congrats for your channel and greetings from Mexico.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, there is nothing better than the traveling videos! You guys know how to have a great time! And I especially love Gus!
Your work is mostly good your ads flat out too much.good luck. I will watch elsewhere.
Love your videos man! Old time mechanic. Refreshing to see a younger mechanic diggin' on these older gems! Keep em coming!!
Cool that you take your know how and guts to go cross country, buy a vehicle, and drive back home. Also enjoy watching your adventures along the way.
I am sorry to see the Plymouth Savoy go, but it definitely went to a family that will love and take good care of her! Congrats to Matt's wife on her beautiful classic car and Happy 40th to her! 🎂🎈🎉🎈
When I see that Matt's wife is only 40, I feel classic myself! 😁
What an amazing mechanic...also, it was great the way things worked out with the first Suburban.
Chris you the man..the way you work on these old vehicles rain or sunshine you always go the extra mile..always look forward to watching your videos and I dig the fact you get an old car that was sitting for 10+ years then see how far it will run that always amazes me keep it up
Glad you've sold the 1st suburban can't wait to See the drive home on the 2nd one and the repairs you do on it.😊😊
👍👌👏 Maaaan, I simply love this kind of videos. It's always great to see Jen, you and cute little Gus 💚 having fun. After seeing the sturdy trailer hitch on the second, amazingly rust free vehicle, I definitely thought that you would rent a trailer and haul EMA home. I'm eagerly looking forward to watch the next video part about the journey. Great to see that the baby blue oldtimer went to a good home, even as a 40th birthday present. Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards, luck and health in particular. To all 3 of you of course.
You guys reflect such positive energy. You make feel like I can do anything.
Can't wait for part two. I feared that after seeing the intake on Ema 1 we would not get to see any roadtrip footage, but Ema 2 seems to be a worthy candidate. I love the trio you are!
I hope the Suburban 2 video is going to be a road trip video where you fix the junker as you go. Those are a blast to watch.
I’m north of you in Lehigh county and to see how clean and rust free those square bodies are is just amazing! Love your content.✌️
I used to love riding around in the third row in my Grandpas (now mine) '88 when I was a little kit. I drove across the US in it solo about 13 years ago, living out of the back. Home, Ontario, Canada - > LA - > Seattle - > Home and everywhere in between. Amazing experience.
These videos were excellent! I admire how you maintain your cool while uncovering problem after problem.
It was great seeing the reaction of the gentleman's wife seeing her new car for her 40th birthday. Nice touch! Also...I have owned 3 suburbans in my lifetime (73,74, &78) and loved them all. Again, your drone footage is awesome!
Another great video this trips aren’t awesome, Jen, Gus and your wizardry as a mechanic. Loved every minute of this one as always. Great editing your super secret talent makes your channel tops absolute tops.
This is one channel I’m quick to tune into when a new video is released. Good stuff Chris, Jen and Gusman. Hello from Saskatchewan, Canada 🇨🇦
Hello To my fellow Saskatchewaner ✌️🇨🇦
Me too, also from Sask! Recently got hooked on this channel. This and Vice Grip Garage.
Chris I have a 1993 GMC Suburban I had a Sydney for two-and-a-half years need to get it started I was wondering if you can come by and get it started or maybe if you like it I might sell it to you and besides I have two more Vehicles need to get started so maybe we can work something out please get back to me let me know what you like to do I know you're pressed for time I'm not too far from you I'm right on Route 70 and Airport Road in Lakewood New Jersey by the Garden State Parkway
I watch Chris from British Columbia, amongst the many other car 'revivalists'. Waiting for Chris to pick up a '67 Chevy II and re-tool it to working order.
@@Powerstroke98 BC is my birth province. 👍 ps 67 is my birth month 🙂
Honestly I'm jealous, that thing is great something like that here in Australia would probably get you $10 to $15k the way it was, hope it's a enjoyable rig, thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones
Oh, man, I love this video. I love the car work, the travel, the dining out, Gus, of course, and then a bit of roller skating. I haven't done that in years and it brought back such a great memory. Thanks. And don't stop "blabbing."
Glad you enjoyed it!
I’m always so impressed with the adventures and the time you spend away from home. Most of us couldn’t or haven’t but you guys take on all of it. Well done Chris, Jen, and Gus !
I don't subscribe to a lot of channels but the energy from Chris, Jen and Gus is so good plus the hard work that goes into not only the cars but the production of the video itself certainly deserves a subscription if it can help them out. The genuine authenticity of your nature makes its way through cyberspace and I absolutely appreciate it. Stay strong, continue to smile and be well always!
The best thing about your videos is how much they remind me of my wife and I. We're 65 & 67 now. She was right there thru kids, softball, fishing, cars, boats back to classic cars, drag Racing, motorcycles and car shows. Keep having fun together!
I had a couple of these. I really like the double doors on the back a lot better. Ever get down to North Carolina you're welcome to use my garage for any repairs.
I’m kinda glad they didn’t totally remove all the “McCarren International Airport” signs. I haven’t gotten used to calling it “Harry Reid” yet even though it’s been about two years since they “officially” changed it. I still call “Daniel K. Inouye International Airport” here “Honolulu International Airport.” Mahalo for sharing yet another adventure with us!
Chris warning ⚠️ If Jennifer ever takes that thing out shopping . Your not going to believe everything she going to be able to get in it. My wife hated truck and SUV when we got married she drove a car not so much anymore . Now it's pick up, Tahoe, Trailblazer. Nice find. Another good video enjoyed
Holy crap the that's Roller Palace! I don't usually comment on your awesome videos Chris but seeing the old Roller Palace skating rink really took me back. I haven't seen that place since 1984. Keep up the great work, I love seeing how you work with cars getting them started after sitting for long periods of time...
Chris you are one heck of a mechanic ! Great job trouble shooting and fixing Ema one 👍👍
The stories along with the hard work on the cars are so interesting. I think everyone can appreciate the love and pain of making things run!
Glad to see Emma stay in a dry climate! I had an ‘87 K, loved that beast!
I'm so happy youtube randomly played one of your videos. You and your wife reminds of my girlfriend when we started flipping cars! Suscribed and will always be watching your videos!!
Another awesome episode mate!!!! Love the Big Chev's!!! Looking forward to part 3! Safe travels to Jen, yourself and the little fury fella!
What a nice guy. Already has it sold, fixes the rig, and still cleans & vacuums it prior to delivery.
I love the way Gus figured out how to take and get his treat now that's what you call sheer ingenuity
nice to see you double down - the trucks are handy - the frame is mint - almost unbelievable to see if you are on east coast #desert cars #man needs variety
Your rapid fire assessment of vehicles is second to none. You just rattle off every small issue with accuracy. Emma 2 is clean underneath 👌
I like that this guy knows when to not push his luck & is motivated to get em sold. Vs ppl that buy at auction then their wrecked project sits for years. 🫣
Holy moly, I was in Parumph about a month ago, I stopped by to pay my respects to Art Bell. I actually filled up at the same Phillips 76 except I was at the pump behind you. Crazy!
It's really heart-warming to see how you kinda fall in love with these vehicles and really seem relieved finding someone for them who seems to care 👍. And having a beautiful lady at your side really helping you out and seeing this kind of trip as a vacation is a real privilege!
chris love your road trips and your drone flying off local areas you pass through keep up the great video's
My God this is one of the greatest KZhead channels EVER. Like... in the history! Love love this channel. Love Chris, Jen, Turbo, and the Gus-Man! Great young Americans, and so so fun! They are what America is all about - in so many ways! Another wonderful vid. Who needs TV any more?
We had an old ‘burb growing up. This is bringing me back man!
Watched the two suberban videos. nice work . I like the flow from problem to solutions. Subscribed. 😊
hey guys, ive recently just discovered your channel and its become my favourite by far. ive just finished binging all of your videos. you guys have had some epic adventures and the way you edit and film the make me feel like ive been along for the ride with you. you and jen are super down to earth and make a great couple. cant wait to see your next adventure!!!
That part 1 cliff hanger made the wait so hard! Good choice on letting the troublesome Ema1 go. If only you were closer to home it probably would have been Okay but clearly had more issues.
Love the hard work you do on autos and love the laugh from both of y’all , ❤Thank y’all , yeah I’m from Georgia 🎼👍
The fact that you got it running good and cleaned it up for him was very nice and very trustworthy of you
Got the first suburban sort of running and driving dependably, and get a second one and get rid of the first one 😀 I love square body Chevy GMC pickup, suburban, blazers, what-have-you . Thanks for the awesome videos and good luck on your drive home 👍✌️🇺🇲
one of the few channels I hit "thumbs up" before even watching! Have a safe trip back to Pennsyltucky!
Haha I do as well lol
Knowledge is power and power is knowledge and jesus you have all the knowledge when it comes to these old v8 motors love your channel man love it keep it up i thought i had a toolkit until i seen yours just wicked work breathing life in to these old iron horses respect dude!!!
Chris, your love for hoopties is slightly concerning, but your mechanical prowess is an impressive mitigating factor. Every purchase is an adventure.
Great video, love the big Suburbans! The Savoy was a sweet ride, too, but I loved the "surprise" pictures for the new owner! Also waiting for a full length "Gus's greatest moments" video. 😁
Great video!! To bad it didn’t work out with Emma 1, that was a cool rig! Emma 2 is nice too but i was definitely attracted to the original! These are by far my favorite video type you do! Absolutely love it!
I found a 1973 Suburban same color in 1993 still own it still runs did the same thing brought it back from the dead nice to see you doing all it takes with a great attitude your both awesome in my book.
That's just absolutely AMAZING under that truck. I'm from right across the river to you, and man.. a 2 year old car doesn't look that good underneath. That's like unheard of.. Awesome find!!
You guys are an absolute hoot I can't get enough I love you're love for Jen Gus and Turbo
Bring Turbo on a trip lmaoooo
Dang Chris and Jen make awesome videos. I enjoy them so much.
Great save on both trucks, the 73 is a beauty!
Ahhhh the Longhorn... I stayed there during the pandemic while I was separated from my wife. Welcome to Vegas!!!
Love the addition of a Tesla in your videos; juxtaposition is extremely interesting. You, Jen, and Gus riding along in a Tesla Model 3 making fart sounds had me rolling on the ground. I’m addicted to your videos, and my wife and I both drive Teslas. Thank you for not bad mouthing electric cars, like so many other gear heads, just because they’re different.
You guys have fun and make it fun for us. Drone vid was cool. Thanks.
Everyday is new adventure with you two. Er three counting Gus! You and your agreeable and attractive wing-woman are a trip. Keep on keeping on…and “let the good times roll”.☮️
Outskirts of Las Vegas definitely a better experience for us kind of people.
Another awesome video. A great mix of auto repair plus you, Jen and Gus enjoying life. 👍
Thank you for the update and I'm happy it's going to be fixed the other one looks to be a good one also outstanding video awesome content thank you for sharing this six stars
Great restorations. It’s nice, once in a while to find a winner that you enjoy and that was a good buy. Blessings.
I love that this isn't just another car "revival" channel and includes many vehicles of different types as well an insight into your trips and the various locations that you visit. 🎉 Please continue.
Nice purchase 👍 When you showed the interior of the suburban, it looked like there was a ton of room for the 3rd row seating. That’s the most room I’ve seen in any vehicle 🙂👍
Yes, suburbans are massive inside. Like a block long
I am following from Algeria. You are doing a great job God be with you
We like you blabbing. Don’t change a thing. What you do is at times unpredictable but always entertaining!
I swear your videos keep on getting better and better. Thanks for your channel..... love them all, keep 'em coming.
Nice video as usual, hoping someday you can get a property with an barn so you can have room for a big shop and your own finds. Permanent subscriber.
Once again, travel videos are the best.
And they are a ton of fun to make as well! If every video was a travel video I go broke pretty quick though. LOL
@@NoNonsenseKnowHow Too bad you should be making bank from them.
I enjoy the way that you chronicle your adventures. Those old Chevy’s just never seem to die. Good to see you got two on the road.
I've found a new channel I like, the fixer-up/trip combo with Jen & Gus seems to push the right buttons.
I love the old Suburbans of the 70,s and 80,s they are so dam cool and square!
Brother, your "babbling " is half the reason I tune in on every upload :) sharing your insights and reasoning are most welcomed. Thank you sharing your new adventure, excited to see where Emma2 takes you next!
Thanks, I appreciate you tuning in very much. Sometimes I definitely talk way too much I feel like.
A tale of 2 Suburbans, so many great stories and experiences you both have! Love the Channel!
I felt bad for all the work you put into that first Suburban, but when I saw the edelbrock and after market valve covers, I thought "Oh no,, somebody's been working on this", usually better to find stock parts that nobody has really touched..
Definitely one of my favorite channels.. always looking forward to new videos, and reviews.. awesome job Chris...
She is excited about the steak??? My kinda girl.
abonné en france....
I like how you always give us a closure video when you get rid of a car, that's cool. Really enjoy watching you and Jen. Hope yall have a great time on your trip
Dude your a lucky guy having found harmony in economic endeavors and with a partner that seems relentlessly positive and supports your tribulation with enthusiasm!!
Thanks for the update on the Savoy, I was thinking about it while watching the vid and lo and behold there it was at the end! I love those old Suburbans they remind me of my crazy uncle who for years towed an Airstream all over the country with one of them with a canoe on top (which only got used once) and he in his walker.
So glad I live in East Tennessee great cars and dozens of fresh water springs.
I love the energy you guys have on your adventures, thanks for bringing us along..such a fun channel to watch..:)
Cool background music at 31 mins whatever it was, suits those drone shots for sure!👍👍
We just love watching your videos and how you just pickup vehicles that majority of the time don't run and you make it work. Awesome
Back in the 90's the Longhorn was where I stayed when I was at Nellis for a Red Flag exercise.
oh man, Thanks for this kind of videos, you have no idea how relaxing they are and how they help with stress or things like that. Greetings from El Salvador.
You guys are living the dream for sure, a luxury I haven't had since before the pandemic. I started my own channel as a way to rebuild, I got a fantastic start but still have a ways to go. Keep up the good videos, you are one of my favorite duos.
Ema 1’s color scheme is badass. The roof rack etc is all kewl.
You guys are so much fun to watch. I can't get enough totally hooked!
You can never go wrong with some Chris Isaak on a long trip....❤
That news paper was printed on my birthday🎉! Great videos, I look forward to evert one. Your traveling videos are the best. I love when you guys go to the desert. Such great content.
