The Hadza Tribe or Hadzabe are a remote African Tribe of Hunter-Gatherers in Tanzania. There are only about 1200 left in existence, and of those, only 400 live traditionally.

    • PROTEIN ! why should they leave a source of food ? He sounds so ....." yikes why can't I get somerhing better ?" How disrespectful. Would you rather like to hubt a baboon ? And some Vitamins are better absorbed with fat / Vitamin A B S E ( fat solvable) so why so picky? There are tribes where ~ 10 + y.o.boys go and get honey from very hostile bees, up 20 - 40 feet in a tree. They'will be stung 100 + times, then be in excruciating pain for a week , the whole family cares for them , brings them water, puts herbs on the stings, give them " painkillers" ( some not all tribes - they have different rules afaik ) because they NEED to fight through the pain on their own, with littke medical help abd 24/7 care and a ton of reassurance from their family . Eyes so swollen they are not even able to see ..... But IF THEY MAKE IT , THEY ARE *MEN*.

    • This doesn't do much for your health. There is no nutritional value to beeswax and it can be harmful. The larvae themselves have very little if not no nutritional value especially in that small amount that they pass around. Honey has some potential for health benifits, but it is mostly about enjoying something sweet. That has always been our appeal to honey. Even other animals enjoy honey because it is sweet, not because "they know it is good for them"
