Hi! I just got my headset yesterday, but I was having a really hard time trying to figure out why the mic isn't working. The audio is playing perfectly fine, and I'm positive that the microphone is connected to the correct port, but my voice isn't detected. I made sure that my headset was connected, and that the privacy settings matched. I watched/read youtube/website tutorials, but none seemed to help. Do you happen to know what's wrong?

@@midaiwnlI have no idea how I did it, but when I got back and replugged everything back in, the mic worked. However, after a few hours of using it, it suddenly stopped working again. I really have no idea how to fix this problem permanently, but I would say isolate the headset from the cables for a few minutes and then retry it. I also found this tutorial that a lot of people said helped. If it doesn't make sense to you, there's a comment under that video explaining it in a much more simplified manner. probably the "mic-mute" button which you have to press again to unmute, was the error on my side.

Hi, say i have configured the mic settings through the software on one desktop. Will my config still take effect if i use the headset on another PC WITHOUT the software installed? It's my work pc which i'm not allowed to install such software, wondering if it would still work since it has a physical sound card.. ty

I just got a pair of g pro x myself and coming from a beaten up hyperx cloud alpha S the earpads feel just small and quite bad I would say, I also feel like the sound is not at the same level because of that. So I ordered a pair of the WC Freeze from amazon waiting for them to get shipped in Denmark. Hope I will be nicely suprised because actually I was thinking of sending the g pro x back. But I still fill like its a good pair of headset...Is just missing something ( good pads )

at 3:10 when you said heres the headphone equalizer and switch to the microphone tab, i dont even have the microphone tab? ive done all the things with making it my default device and updating software but still the microphone tab for customization doesnt show up?
Are you sure you got this model of G PRO? some older g pro models did not have blue voice mic if I am not mistaken
Hey I just got mine today mic works fine I just don't know how to make the audio louder. I also already have my audio turned up all the way in lghub.

None of the videos i watched about blue voice said to lower the noise reduction, could you explain that better?

Try restarting PC. Do you have any external mic connected? If nothing works, try contacting Logitech

Gonna look into that this year! our floral velour has been quite successful so it might be time to do a FreeZe version. We actually thinking of switching the actual floral design to a different print - too many copycats are using our design now :(

Not sure if you can help with the issue I am having, but I needed to replace the Aux cord for my head set and now it keeps picking up the audio inside my headset even if the Mic is muted. Haven't found a fix yet.

Hi i recently bought a pro x and try to set it up, i'm having some issues with the mic. The headset is working but the mic is not even though it was recognized by my laptop. What should i do?
Try unplugging it and then plugging it back in, also sometimes just restarting the computer works. Make sure it is not muted as well
Having mic issues. The firmware update tool wont even find any logitech devices although I use the settings in G hub fine, and there it finds the headphones. Never had this frustration with OSX

The option to make the microphone the default device does not pop up for me. Does that mean that my microphone is not properly connected? It has the green check mark next to it, but I have no audio input.
Try unplugging and replugging the mic, resetting the pc, these stuff sometimes act up

(i have equalizer apo and clownfish installed in my computer )
Hmm, I am very bad at discord, I practically know nothing about it. But I suspect it has something to do with discord settings.

Still watching the vid, but you should point out that the Firmware updater tool is for wireless products. Also im pretty sure GHub updates firmware... it definitely shows what version you have and if its current, so I presume when its outdated it will give you option to update. But I ran the updater you linked and it didnt detect my gpros and when i looked at list of compatible products it only listed their wireless products :)

Hey, so, just bought these headphones! It's a Bluevoice and I just got it, everything connects but logitech Ghub does not detect the headphones because system defines them as "Realtek HD audio" instead of the headphones. Any fixes? I've done about 2 hours worth of googling and it's done no good.
Might just need a reset. But also, these have to be connected BOTH wirelessly (if they are) & with the soundcard for it to be detected
Any way how to get the headset to show in GHUB? I just bought it, and cannot get it to show in my GHUB even after reinstalling the software aswell.
The microphone with the settings I made also picks up sounds farther than 30 mm in the background of my voice and the sound is crowded. Where do you think the problem comes from?

Mine didnt come with a sound card and the one i ordered a while back didnt have one either, in my sound control panel i dont see Logitech PRO X Gaming Headset, only realtek(r) audio which i have been using. my old pair on my old pc didnt get detected either in the g hub, i have absolutely 0 clue what im doing wrong
I am not sure which G PRO you have, but there is also an old G PRO which this video is not for. If the headset looks like this, you need the soundcard to do this

What to do when the LGhub does not show you the microphone? My pc sees the mic and the speaker, but they dont work and the lghub does not see the mic at all. (Yes i have it connected and yes its unmuted)

Also, make sure you are connected wirelessly & with the data cable (charge/ usb cable you got)

Hey I'm needing some help. I also bought the G Pro X but when I go into the G Hub, it shows up but its greyed out saying "Setting Up". I tried setting the mic and headset to default, made sure the mic was unmuted, etc. When I download the Logitech firmware updater, it doesn't recognize my headset. I recently bought a Corsair Void Elite as well as a HyperX Cloud Alpha S but returned them since the audio seemed horrible, and the audio on these G pro seems bad as well. When I click on Properties in the sound panel for my headset, the drivers show as Microsoft and Manufacturer as (Generic USB Audio). So I'm assuming that is why my audio is bad. Anyone got any tips for me on how to fix these issues?

@@WickedCushions Hey I did end up contacting them but they were unsure and said that they would replace the headset but I knew for sure that it wasnt the headset that was the issue but rather my PC. I finally figured it out though. For some reason, windows was overriding the audio drivers and not allowing the headset to use the Logitech drivers. I was able to uninstall everything, reset my pc, then reinstall everything and it ended up working. Thanks for the tip though!

Can someone help me. My Bluevoice only works in Discord or Teamspeak but when I go into Fortnite the Bluevoice goes away and I sound different again so the Bluevoice goes off and then when I leave the game I have BlueVoice again. My question would be how I can use the blue voice in the game

The side tone wont work now it worked for a long time when I’d turn my computer on I could just hear myself if my mic wasn’t muted now it all the sudden changed and my profiles don’t change when I’m loading games, anyone got a solution for me I’d prefer to be able to hear myself even while not playing a game like it was before

@@rxfflezt.v9125 I wouldn't measure it like that, it's just the quality of the mic brand which is blue voice, the background sound and all able to be controlled in the ghub app

when i use this headset with soundcard i cant hear almost anything anymore because its soo damn quiet and yes my volume is at 100% but still so damn quiet and next the mic, i havent used it since i bought this headset because it just doesnt work at all, first of all when i try test it, i cant hear anything from it and even if i did the quality was sooo bad. I've tried mixing stuffs up but still it still ends up being completely shit. The only way i can use this headset is by simply plugging it into my computer speakers and use it there, that way i cant use mic or acces the hub but the sound quality and everything is fine so yeah. This may only be just me tho cuz it seems everyones doing great with their headset.
