I’m pre-med and work in a urology clinic. People in the comments seem very confused on the “poopies” thing so I thought I’d share what I know. And encourage people to be kind! We usually deal with voiding dysfunctions and not issues stooling but we do get many gay men coming into our clinic (urology is the male equivalent of an OBGYN kind of). It is commonly understood that after an*l s*x this can happen. I know there are measures men can take to prevent this. However, over time, there may be problems with the fecal incontinence due to the sphincter being dilated and stretched. This would explain random “accidents” he might be having around the house. It should go without saying but that’s why you have to use a lot of lubricant. This is not meant to spread hate but just to educate people on something they may not be familiar with.
