I’m always very suspicious of some of these ‘off brand’ phones. What has been your experience with items you’ve reviewed that were loaded with bloatware/ malware, etc?
While I haven't found any obvious malware on any device I have purchased, I do notice bloatware on a handful of devices. If you take a look at the LG Wing video for instance, there were a TON of games and other random apps installed right out of the box. The biggest issue I run into with a lot of the off brand devices I play with (see 15 and 25 smartwatch videos) are the compromises you have to make to go that cheap. Those compromises usually come in the form of display and app notifications, but overall I think you get what you pay for. For the price of this S22 Ultra clone I could have purchased a Pixel 4 or 4a and gotten WAY better performance. Even the Pixel 2 I picked up for 27.00 had better real working specs than this device.
I don't think finger sensor does anything. Try again with your nose bet it does same thing... Just looking for a touch of any kind
Agreed. These things never actually have underscreen fingerprint sensors. It just sets it up so if you touch the screen in that spot, it unlocks...bypassing security.
Charger, SD card, low price why would anyone get the real S22 Ultra.
Because this phone is 1. Not what it claims to be and 2. Not worth the time when you can buy a quality used device from eBay that out performs this one

@@thetechboyorg I miss a microsd as well. My concern with SD cards in phones was that, for the most part, people would go for cheap SD cards, the cards would fail, they would have no bak up and theg would lose precious photos. Not so much now with tons of backup solutions, but still a possibility.
got myself a 512gb s22u n i not even missed my sdcard. I use USB OTG if i ever need more than 512GB. backup?thats my OTG and laptop storage comes to play. and if u ever want a s22u, i suppose 2nd s21u or s21+/note20u r really worth the price, they perform almost the same, if u can live without built in s pen on S21 devices. at least more worth than spending money on fake products.

It probably would but for the price I wouldn't try to protect it in the least. That would have been a positive in an otherwise dismal (IMHO) device. Appreciate the view and the comment.

Depends on what you need a phone to do. If you don't care about camera or processor but just want a working phone... It will make and receive calls over 4g and you can download apps and store things on the included microsd card, but you could probably do some searching on eBay and find something with better specs for the price

Well, I'm able to pick up used android devices and even new umidigi devices for the same price or less that function WAY better. I think for 100.00 US they could have done better than this. It felt like it came out of a vending machine.
