I'm a 57 year old mechanical engineer with Ph.D. degree. Not often have I seen such craftmanship and effectiveness in my career. To get those 3-dimensional chassis beams in shape and fit them 3-fold snug together is a form of art.
I thought I was just blown away as a layman. 👍🏽
The only PHD I have is the post hole digger in my shed.
They might not have proper Educational background but what they were doing were the Professional Engineering task that qualified Engineers are doing.......Well done folks..........!
3:00 The trust between the guy with sledge hammer and head busting bar is on point !
Thats what I was thinking about it..
Ive seen this one guy with hammer trough out many of pakistani truck videos, i think that sledgehammer dude is their hammer profesional operator, no wonders they trust him
@@TheNevada666 One of the criteria for working as a mechanic in pakistan is the skill of using an iron hammer. If you graduated from a college engineer even if you are not good at using an iron hammer you will not get a job there. 😅 .. I thought, is Thor from Pakistan ??
U got my respect dudes....the world needs more dedicated workers like that ...GOOOOOD JOB!!!
Imagine these guy with tools and technology, my goodness. Nothing goes to waste, I salute you guys from the bottom of my heart. Mansha Allah.
Retired mechanic my self ,and also worked at Ford, hated Ford, so went out on own after coming out of army in 1971 ,and I can say for sure these MEN are very good with the limited tooling they have, I couldn't imagine the work they could perform ,hats off to youll🤗
You were Mechanic?????????Sorry my friend but i donot believe you.I would never do these kind of things on a car because i respect human lives.
@@xristoslazarakos9250 well when people don't have what I've had and I watched t he Vietnamese do things when I was in Vietnam ,do what you can with what you have ,I've seen the VERY GOOOD AND THE DEPRAVED make do with what they have

Always amazed at the bravery of the rivet chisel person, the skill of the rivet hammer person. The skill of the layout men, torch men, and press operators is also amazing I think I have done well to put new spark plugs, wires and coil packs on my son's Toyota 4 runner. Pakistani truck tears a truck down to parade rest and builds it back from the frame up. Good work.
As a 16 year (self taught )mechanic ,I have to say ,quality work with basic tools,u have earned my subscription with this one my man
I spent a couple of days with your channel and became a fan. Also forwarded it to friends. None of us is a mechanic. What I find striking, correct me if I'm wrong, is the positive working attitude. Your colleagues mostly seem to like what they do. That gives your movies an overall feeling of relaxed playfulness, although it's certainly very hard and specialized work. So you surely have done good things to your workers or you are a talented director. Or something of both. Please keep it up! Take care for your employees and your talent for film making. And maybe invite everybody and their families to some big picnic! Best Wishes from cold winter Germany!
Thank you 😊
Simply AMAZING! Need is the mother of necessity. They probably don't know the meaning of cannot, because they have always CAN. WELL DONE!
When restoration means build a new chassis frame from 0, thats some impressive work
What about their quality
I am very impressed with their abilities. If an engineer from the Nissan factory sees this video, they must resign. Good job brothers 👍👍👍👍👍
@@saiansydyk5796 I don't think they care about the quality. What is important is that the vehicle can function as normal. If seen, it is quite impossible for the chassis and axle handle to crack in such a way if this truck is carrying a load with normal capacity.
As salam aleykum warahmatullahi wabarakatu. Love you bismillah mi Pakistani brozers. With the best wishes from Chechnya
Walaikum asalam brother
Incredible.... that's a brand new truck..... And still, not a steel toe boot in sight. Good job guys.
Actually, they don't repair the chassis, it looks like they just put an outer skin over the original one and cut a hole for the VIN to be visible.
Beyond a job, beyond an art, this is craftsmanship at its modern day best.
What a strong hands. Long live Pakistan 🇵🇰
Excellent collaboration with each procedure, especially the two man sledge hammer/wooden block approach to not forcing it just get a bigger hammer🇺🇸
The quality of the video and audio work is outstanding.
Well done! With best regards from Austria!
Those guys never cease to amaze me )) Method of cutting off rivets is something else ))
THE STAR IS THE MAN SWINGING THE SLEDGE HAMMER. NEVER MISSES THE SPOT. IF HE DID HE WILL GIVE 5 TURNES BEFORE HE CAN STOP. THEY ALL SEEM TO BE GREAT SLEDGE HAMMER OPERATORS GREAT WORK. REGARDS
Cutting off rivets is much cheaper than using an acetylene torch.
Fascinating craftsmanship with limited tooling
An excellent job by these experienced people, in an open air area .With limited tools derived by their own experience. Creditable job.
Superb engineering with the tools you have. Who needs a plasma table when you have that guy on the oxy torch?
Yeah ofcourse
Ahhh... the Truck Necromancers are doing their magic again :D Looks like you made it better than new ! LOL Good work, gentlemen!
Hell yeah 😁
My favorite is the portable drill press!
Braves men 💪💪 very hard workers , respect , congratulations wonderful job guys
Good, honest, very skilled labor. Great results!
THESE GUYS ARE ARTISTS IN HOW THEY BUILD THOSE FRAMES AND HOW THE OTHER GUYS DISMANTLE THE TRUCK WITH ONLY SMALL TOOLS
Omg you get have some trust and big balls lol holding the metal blade while the other dude is pounding the hell of it at full force !!
Every society has a right to be they way they are. You yours, I mine and you + I = the world. There are good people everywhere, there bad people everywhere and we all must work for the better, and a lot of us in between.

Good job guys. Really like the Japanese Kanji Character on the back side of the dumper body. This is the local Pakistani Artist's way of showing respect and offering Thanks, to friendly People of Japan, for sharing with Pakistan their Truck Building Technology. Japan's Hino Motors, Nissan UD, have been manufacturing the trucks in Pakistan since 1980s. Also Japan's Suzuki, since 1983 and also Toyota Motor Corp and Honda Motor Corporation, have been manufacturing cars in Pakistan since 1990s. Also old style Bedford from 1950's, from UK is still being manufactured and body being made the same way as this truck.
My like № 54. (Worked the truck, as much as the spine is broken. But the proud Nissan doesn't give up. The masters will help him, I'm sure. Good luck everyone!)
Pakistan have talent all types of Restoration by hand / meachine .

Thousands of respect from me to those who diligently strive to make this work a success.🎉🎉🎉

The way you bend those beams, it's truly artistic. Congratulations.
Some brave tough working men 💪 No technology high tec tools 🛠
Do you know, there is no one this good in the UK !!!!! The skill here is Extraordinary !!

Again amazing, hats off to your entire team for such work. Not to degrade another country, like to point out that I've been to Mexico and country's south, they seem to work as hard as you with older equipment, however, they do not approch the level of expertise and professionalism as you folks. Maybe due to your region being from the beginnings of time, seems your knowledge out shines most of the world. My comment ment as a compliment, my respect still holds for Mexico, Central, and South America for working as hard as they do, additionally, mentioning your region as I did is in regard to I believe, the rest the world knows they arrived long after your lands inhabitants. I'm a new describer, enjoy your broadcast, like each one as I don't believe it possible for anyone to dislike any. Continued success and all the best.

Great work. Those wooden levers you use for the drill are genius! Nice custom triple frame rails too! 💪Sweet looking cabover Nissan.

These guys work so hard only with hand tools..must be very tired at the end of their shift..well done guys!!! In the west they will be called backyard mechanics but! They're good even better than those who have a workshop and modern power tools
Hi guys you are awesome...I'm from Mexico city..

How comes those powerful V-engines diesel truck land up in pakistan and not in india? Amazing metal works! Given the opprtunity they can built their own truck from scraps...
Excellent work ! The master and his crew deserved all the credit. Prerfect example of “Hard working + Talent “. The missing part in all Pakistan Repair videos is the “ professional working culture”. I grow up in a similar society back in 1970s. I worked in a car mechanic shop ( cleaning carburetors, and spark plugs etc). These workers do not have the concept of “ safety “ that we ( in USA) know. They learned skills simply mimicking their uncles / masters. The current “working environment culture “ is comming from generation to generation. For them “ this is the work condition “. They are happy with what they are doing . The system will not change unless there is a enforcement by superiors (i.e. government ) This is something can be achieved if the government comes up with better training, affordable power tools, improved “ working condition” standards, training and imposing the laws. We are talking about “paradigm shift” here. So, once implemented there will be improved efficiency and better human health, and prosperity of the society. Like it is happening in developed countries. For example ; In USA history “Civilian Conservation Corps” had achieved the paradigm shift and improved standards for the workplace safety.
Awesome guys good job Pakistan people. 👍 From Philippines 👍👍👍👍
Awesome technical skills and excellent work ethics. Keep up the good work guys👍
the craftsmanship of mechanics from Pakistan is awesome but i wish they would technologically advance themselves by studying and training new techniques which unfortunately is cost oriented. Is this video from Peshawar.
