I didn’t have a pregnancy pillow for my first two, but I was given one this time. It’s a game changer. I know they’re expensive, but I cannot sleep without it. I’ve been researching dental health and what i I’ve found is hydroxyapatite is excellent at giving your teeth minerals that help restore all that enamel lost to acidity. We’ve been using Boka toothpaste and it really feels so good, and the taste is great. Fluoride is under a lot of controversy. I’m happy to be without it while growing a baby. Thank you for the coconut oil advice!

Are you planning to have a hospital birth? I’d love to see a “what’s in my hospital bag” if you are 🥰
I never thought I’d say this but with the restrictions here, I’m planning to do a home birth for the first time! 😊 I’ve loved my hospital births in the past though!
