👍 Why is it that I start to shiver whenever you say: "Some Minor Modifications"?? 🤣
"A few wires" for spark plugs 😂
18-cylinder, so only 36 wires. 😅The b29 was slightly harder, with 144 wires for spark plugs.
@@idaemonplasmo 😧
I'm debating on doing it for my 1/48 b25
Yeah, I do love his "minor improvements"! 😀
@@timothyfulkerson6785 good luck!
You always make more simple models look realer than real! It's amazing you're a master at this!
I must disagree. 🤔 This kit was quite detailed and complex, so I only painted it and made some minor improvements in 3D. 😅
@idaemonplasmo so skilled and humble.
@@ValkyriesMoonlisan al-gaib!
@@YuriDoesStrikeball the voice from the outer world? :D
@@idaemonplasmo I have to disagree on principle. Doesn't matter how detailed a kit can be, if the person making it isn't able to put it together in a coherent manner and with an advised mind. You have the precision, the dedication and the outlook necessary to take a good kit (like this one) and make it far more than the sum of its parts. I've seen enough models to know that you're one step away from masterpieces. The kind of stuff you'd see in old museums. Also, those "minor" improvements are far more than just improvements. They took the kit from great to chef's kiss. Top work.
You must be a brain surgeon outside of your hobby, how steady your hands are never ceases to amaze me! Excellent work as always, you're a true artist!
I can't be the only one who would watch a livestream of Plasmo just building a model kit?
It's downright ASMR. Beats the hell out of the news.
Livestream? So you have a week to spare? 🧐
@@christopherbedford9897 lol, not like a start to finish stream, but maybe a part 1, 2 and 3 etc.
People watched Bob Ross, People would watch Plasmo! They are very similar, nice pleasant voice, takes ordinary and makes it extraordinary, and does it with such ease.
@@johndesalvo7738 Exactly!
This isn’t model making, it is a true piece of art! The attention to detail, the 3D printed add-ons the weathering, the wiring. It is a class of its own. Amazing. Thanks for sharing your expertise. Best regards Norman.

im just gonna say, when you cut out that star over the ammo trays, and then put it on the cover absolutely perfectly, it damn near brought a tear to my eye. You sir are a true master of your craft!
I was holding my breath!
@@eapleitezwe all were!!😂😂
kzhead.info/sun/qNN7qMWHfod8jKM/bejne.htmlsi=i5i1IArEiq31VNdp ❤❤
Yeah, but I don't understand why he didn't put the cover over the trays beforehand, put the decal on, and then cut it out ?? Way less risk after the decals have set and are dry.
@@baronvr first rule of watching Plasmo. Never question Plasmo. 😂😂
A real masterclass on how to build a model kit. Congratulations!
kzhead.info/sun/qNN7qMWHfod8jKM/bejne.htmlsi=i5i1IArEiq31VNdp ❤❤❤❤
That thing belongs in a museum!!!! Dr. Jones.
Your work gets better, and better with each model you make, absolutely stunning, David.
kzhead.info/sun/qNN7qMWHfod8jKM/bejne.htmlsi=i5i1IArEiq31VNdp ❤❤❤
PLASMO videos are always quality guaranteed. Dude, what a scale modeller.... and what a nice guy!
This is the best kit in 1/48 that i've seen. Outstanding model and craftsmanship. Congratulations!! 😮
I always love David’s “minor modifications.” 😊
Like a surgeon saying he is going to do "a little" brain surgery today.
@@joshuamurphy4928 yes!
only 2 words can describe this !!!! " JAW DROPPING "
Every David video I watch I think to myself this is at the higher end of my skill set. But I could probably pull this off. Then I watch the other 33 minutes in awe, thinking there is no effing way I could do that.
He likes to give us all a few minutes of hope before is smashes our hopes like a wrecking ball.
kzhead.info/sun/qNN7qMWHfod8jKM/bejne.htmlsi=i5i1IArEiq31VNdp ❤❤❤❤❤
Congratulations to MiniArt. That's indeed a VERY nicely detailed kit. And to PLASMO: You have outdone yourself with that engine and cockpit. Never have seen such details on this scale. Overall, i think, one of your best models so far. I think it was very wise to not overdo it with oil and soot stains. LOVELY!
kzhead.info/sun/qNN7qMWHfod8jKM/bejne.htmlsi=i5i1IArEiq31VNdp ❤❤❤
Преклоняюсь перед Вашим мастерством . Супер реалистичная работа , ювелирное исполнение мастера. С большим уважением из Беларуси.
Man you never cease to impress. That 3D printed plumbing behind the engine is pretty OP. I’ll have to invest in the hardware/software for that when the kids get a bit older.
I was already inpressed by his work. Now this video shows how you can be good at something and keep getting better
Wow! Glad you made this one 1/48 scale to show off your talent David!
" I do not know what to improve" and spends whole video improving. So much love, thanks Plasmo !
PLASMO should have his own Model Company 🙌
Nah. Did any mortal dare to try achieve same level of perfection in building such model? You can be sure that level of detail will be over any unreasonable amount and skill set needed to made this model will exceed skills of all Greek Gods combined😂
Yeah, that's right. He would produce so complicated model kits, that only he would be able to asemble them 😉
kzhead.info/sun/qNN7qMWHfod8jKM/bejne.htmlsi=i5i1IArEiq31VNdp ❤❤
This might be one of your best builds. The 3D parts you made took this to a whole other level. So, how are we coming on a fire truck build? LOL....
Magnificent. Pilot figures bring models to life.
Your attention to detail and skills with a fine brush are astounding!!
"I didn't know what to improve" ... is he okay? Minutes later "Okay I couldn't resist" .... there he is.
Once again you have demonstrated that you are a master modeler extraordinaire. Your build is phenomenal with details off the chart! Keep videos such as this coming. I tip my hat to you fine gentleman modeler.
What a fabulously built model, Plasmo! I've photographed the beautiful P47 "No Guts, No Glory" during air shows at Duxford, UK a few times. A beautiful plane!
Me too, she is a beautiful thing
Best video introductions in the business, hands down.
In a body of work as great as yours, this is one of my favorites. The additional printed engine section is just sublime.
I'm blown away. Thanks for posting another excellent build. Thunderbolts are one of my favorites.
This is something ive always wanted to build from scratch, so seeing you do this just warms my heart and inspires me to keep going
Your work is always a wonder, David, I've been watching your channel since you started and I don't even build models. I just come to admire an artist at work.
And the Artist makes yet another masterpiece. Incredible!
Looks like the real thing - totally amazing! Best P47 I’ve ever seen!
This might just be one of the most impressive things you’ve ever built in my opinion, well done 💯
Nice job! You never cease to amaze us!
Superb. Thank you. I have seen some modellers complain about this kit set, not you. Very well done.
Your Blender designed and 3D printed parts are mind boggling. Superb dedication.
Fantastic result David, wow... all the added detail really looks great.
Very nice job. That looks to be a very well designed model. It's nice to see someone step up and give you all the details in one kit.
Jedno z najlepsich videi, dlzka, strih, hovorene slovo....fakt pecka! 👍
He says not a very precise fit, then proceeds to fit it precisely! Thank you Plasmo!
Just amazing. Pure museum quality in great detail, just as good as your video skills! Love it!
Saving this for later so I can enjoy it with a coffee.
Pure magic! A pleasure to watch! Thank you!!
Speechless.
An absolute masterpiece, a true work of art. A great video.
You do incredible work, thank you for showing how you do the weathering, this alone helps me immensely.
You are a master builder...I love the time and detail you put into these! Fantastic work!
The amount of effort you put into the engines on these vehicles always amazes me, and the weathering stage of your builds is always my favorite, really places the model in reality.
What a wonderful result! Thank you for always proposing us so beautiful videos 😍
Great work, now I'm going to jump into wolf pack campaign DCS from reflected, jug life.
I can almost hear that engine starting up! Excellent work as always David! Thanks for sharing this!
For the under wing formation lights, paint silver, then a clear red/green/blue (whatever color), then the epoxy clear. It will look more like the colored light is under glass. Fantastic stuff as always.
Another amazing job. Nothing like some minor improvements.🤣🤣
Simply amazing a true master of the build .David you've done it again they just get better and better
assembled and formed very detailed and beautiful
another amazing model.
Excellent craftsmanship. Always looking forward to your next project. Thank you.
I have watch your builds from the very start on you tube, you have given me some much pleasure with your amazing skills and builds thank you.
This is your best model IMHO - WOW!!!
Beautiful as always ! Lovely 3D parts really make it more special.
This cockpit controll panel build was AMAZING! I mean, the level of detail is insane, if one realizes that the whole thing is smaller than a average thumbnail 😮🙏
This is possibly the best build video I've ever seen.... You're an expert, sir.
As always, absolutely gorgeous! Hat off to you, David!
Real masterpiece. Smekám před vaší prací
Best build I've seen in a long while - of an excellent subject. Thanks.
Absolutely fantastic. Thanks for sharing. Derek, Halkirk, Scottish Highlands.😍
I like the way the rivet detail comes out.
Wow 😮, you took a quality kit and made it extraordinary, the printed parts you added are amazing.
That instrument panel is amazing.
Simply stunning!
It's been awhile, but it was worth the wait. This build is beautiful and your talent is top tier.
Jesus that cockpit is insainly good. Wow 🎉
That turned out incredible! I’m glad it wasn’t a complicated kit.
A video of your blender conception from start to finish will be nice to watch to. Great job 👏👏
That is just beautiful! Miniart makes great stuff as well.
wow what a build,great watch,thank you for sharing .

True art from the true artist.
Pffffff 😮 incroyable, l'art poussé à son paroxysme, une master pièce ❤
Absolutely incredible! I will never reach such skills.
Excellent build, David 👌
Just an amazing build. The details and paint are just beautiful 😊.
Nothing much to say other than this is fantastic work, I have this kit and am excited to get it looking even half as good as what you have shown us here!
You are a master of your craft. Genuinely, a Master. I've been watching your work for many years now and this one is on a whole new level of impressive. Thank you for presenting it for us.
Потрясающая детализация Браво👏👏👏 Отличная работа
Your skill is the stuff of legend.
Just amazing as always! Thanks for motivating us! :)
I thought it was impossible to improve on perfection and then you do exactly that!
Wow! It's amazing the quality of models these days! Far out strips the models we had back in the 70s. To turn out something like this you had to work in 1/32 scale, about the best quality we had available was the Hasegawa kits. And even then you had to learn from magazine articles, and develop your own techniques by trial and error which could get quite costly if you messed up the particular part you were working on. And the amount of reference material available to work with is also so much better. Great job on that Thunderbolt too. i like the picture of the real plane underside showing the grime from oil leaking over time. yes, they used to get real dirty underneath behind the engine. if you get the chance, watch the movie Fighter Squadron, starring Edmond O'Brian, and Robert Stack, from 1948, and it is in technicolor, The dialogue is very campy WWII propaganda style for the time, and they used painted up P-51's for Luftwaffe fighters, but seeing all those Thunderbolts with nose art in full color is really neat! Actually it's here on youtube, kzhead.info/sun/oKWAZ86npmKkfIk/bejne.html
