Its funny how you dont earn any rep from doing missions to do with the business that came with the dlc it should work as "you pulled of this insane heist thats cool or I saw what you did to x persons car" how does non of that get rep like bennys the meet area even acknowledges what tour doing because they mention the auto shops

Game developers Especially racing games(That this DLC is inspires of) Give you multiple way of obtain that item the player want, without the need of cuffing off Shark card. However this is modern day Rockstar we're talking about, not Rockstar back in the days.

Another way of leveling up quickly is grinding the races or have a friend in the test track with you and do the head to head and scrambles in there. Got me to level 38
Street races seems to be the best way for me to level up.

YOU CAN REP-UP FASTER BY DOING THIS: You need another player. Both needs to be in own car on the TestTrack. 1 player invites for Head-2-Head. Accept it. Then a timer starts counting down. The host have to cancel this by his phone befere the race starts. Then the player who joined will get about half a bar rep. Host will get nothing special. You can repeat this over and over again. It's terribly boring to do but it might help :)

Go into the mod shop and pick a FREE colour, no money lost but rp gained.
Grabbing a car from the streets wouldn't work because it's not a personal vehicle.

They do increase the xp needed. I was rank 132 and only went to 133 from a full night of afk. And yes I buy all clothes ever available, test track, use track, and custom a mod every day.
Rubber band is the real champion of leveling rep. Those car meet people really love walking or spinning in circles for 24 hours straight. Proves you're such a good racer.

I sat in my car at the meet and fell asleep, I never timed out of the session for some reason and I was ranking up. Went from 7-12 in about 6 or 7 hours

There’s one way that I use to level up. you and your friend need to go into an invite only session then both of you need to go into the test track. If you are the one leveling up. Your friend is going to go into the interaction menu and start a head to head race and invite you. Then as soon as you join and he gets the notification, He needs to bring up his phone then leave thru the phone. And you simple rinse and repeat. It basically will give you reputation points for your friend forfeiting the heads to head by leaving through his phone. You have to be fast with leaving, you have about 9 seconds before it actually starts then if it does you’ll be on a cool down. You can get about a level a minute. I’m already level 50

This works and this is how I do it I’ve been giving people 1 car per level and I’m at 80 right now but it’s a lot of steady button pressing and about 15-18 head to heads for each level

Head to head races help out your rep a lot as well and it’s more than just a bar
They want you to get to rank 180+ for stupid clothes and shit. Rockstar always finds a way to ruin something every time they drop an update
tbf it’s just what every developer does to stretch out things like battle passes or whatever. I don’t blame them, they don’t wanna fill it with only amazing things that everyone wants cos then people will just get all that stuff quickly then stop playing
Btw I haven’t seen anything bout this but I tested it but we can do everything in an inv only, besides the pursuit race, other than that yu can do the robbery missions in inv onlys

Some of the clothing are locked behind level 500 or 600 not lying 🙄
In the test track area, watch princess robot bubblegum, its about 15 minutes long and I got about 1-2 bars of rep from ot while being in the test track
Ghilliemaster said to just sit in the ramp screen when exiting the test track and just sit in that menu and you won’t get kicked instead of rubber banding your controller
Good thing that Rockstar didn't add another method ranking up, reputation level by doing a contract mission. Which is such a good idea if was in the game making 2 level/contract mission played
If you go into the test track then go back out, stay in the menu where it says Enter LS Car Meet and you will get rp levels without getting kicked, just make sure you have your controller plugged in or it might disconnect. I tried on PS4 and it worked not sure about any other consoles.

Cannot complain too much about having to afk, like yes it's annoying. But think your night club will also fill up very quickly so it's passive ish money as well as the levels
Rubber band your right stick, it makes you spin but you don't move around so you never have to worry about any body screwing you up or getting stuck on anything
I think when the new races are 3x cash 3x Rp its easy to level up and btw you can test other peoples personal vechile when your in their driver seat
Every 200 feet you drive inside the car meet gives you reputation, sit in car and make your car give that beautifull engine sound gives reputation, reputation is given if you repeat inside track missions its easy all. Lvl 45 at the first day of release Tuners
The best way to level up is racing if you win you get a whole level so while they are hard and annoying it is the best way

You level up every 57 minutes or so
Go into the test track and then exit the test track once you see the option menu for entering or exiting the car meet don’t choose and you can just sit there over night afk I am level 70 just from that

If you use a gum band and stick toggles together and don't sign off and it will go in a circle you can also upgrade your reputation on that to I've done it already
Just buy supplies for your MC businesses and go AFK while sleeping or doing other real life stuff. Then you will have a ton of product to sell from your businesses and nightclub plus a ton of RP from the car meet.
I like how to rockstar noticed everyone doing car meets and decided to add it in.

Shouldn’t rubbderbanding the right stick to keep the camera moving be enough to not Idle out? When I have to do something round the house and it’s been a few minutes, I just move the camera and the Idle message goes away. Never have I idl ed out this way unless I can’t get back in time. But you know saints fan, walk in a circle in a public session lol. Not bright to idle in public on pc with all those modde rs lol.

The races give rep. Also, who don't care just is afk, who seriously love this livestyle, meet up with friends and do just stuff with them and rank up this way.
just enter the test track and while leaving test track just let it be on select option section which is to choose from entering ls meet and exit ls meet that's it you now doing afk overnight

I had a bounty so I messed around on the test track until I survived my bounty. By the time I survived the bounty i made it to level 8. Lol

i've just been grinding races and i almost always win or place second with my celica
I am reputation 25. Do street races and afk in the LS car meet area. i did this for 2 days so far and am level 25. Also do the time trials
The other dissapointment from R* when it comes to street racing.. is they kinda didnt allowed some of most iconic cars into tuner races, left u with something like 17 cars, aaand balanced them around, that only like 2 are competetive.
Once you pay for takeover you don't have to pay again, every time drive up to meet it will ask you if you want to enter the meet or takeover

You get 4 bars for doing the multiplayer test track missions
It takes 1k points per rank for the new REP
The game never changes everything's a grind and idiots always killing you when u trying to progress
you can also get rep by doing the autoshop heists and the car tunning there.
You can put a rubberband around the right joystick and it works as well, that way you're not walking all over the place
There's a better way so you don't break your controller. Get in your car go to the inside test track then back out to the promp screen but don't completely exit out. You can afk without getting kick also you can turn off controller. Probably best to do it in a invite only session to
I think the reset happens when daily objectives change not a 24hour cool down like casino wheel
Pro tip to not get kicked out for idleing: select any action like salute or jazz hands and weight down your action buttoon (capslock) i prefer using my tv remote controller for weight

I found sitting in the tattoo parlor gains you rp at a pretty fast rate, bar is going up at least every 2-3 minutes while scrolling through all the tattoos

@@xxjayxxdiazxx I mean it may still work. I think it was just cuz I sat in the car meet for a while. The new dlc update allows you to earn car meet rp through your auto shop now after completing contract missions, auto deliveries, etc.

There is the option to change it to non contact
So what you’re saying is, unless I have a chargeable controller, or a wired controller (I have neither) then I’m either going to spend a lot of money on batteries, or In going to spend a lot of money on shark cards, because I won’t have any trade prices unlocked. Sick

I have seen many people walking in circles in the car meet. I really wish they would add reputation to the contract missions and for fixing and delivering cars to customers from the auto shop .
They have now, wish you could boost faster and have more of a selection for clothes.

The level system is linked to accounts and not characters. I'm trying to level up both of my characters and I have to take turns giving them the bonus. Street racing seems to be the fastest way, easy if you and a friend can boost each other and take turns winning.

@@chrisupton6190 - Since the tuners update we have 2 new race types.... Street race and pursuit. You can only use the tuner cars in these two races.
You can literally see the player with the most rep in the world and it’s 51 last time I checked

the time trial you can do more than once per day
The only bad thing of afk like that are the daily fees
I think if you’re not a CEO, or MC leader you avoid a lot of the business fees.
