Aloha hugs 🤗 we burned in Lahaina Maui they are taking the whole west coast. This land is up for grabs in Texas. Someone is trying to destroy the Food. In Chili their fire Started in four different area all at once. Most normal fires burn Black these homes where all White Ash like Lahaina. We where extremely dry during Hurricane Dora 🌀 3 months later a fire 1/2miles away from our Homestead Hawaiian. I have been in 6 Hurricanes Never a dry one. On Oahu The 70 to 90mph winds 2night 3days. GBY you all. Awesome reporting.

We should assume the types of directed energy weapons are more historic or established and widespread than we can see, like: -microwave rays, since at least 1947, havanna syndrome included ; and high-grade optic lasers. Let’s put this in perspective… 2.9 Million head of cattle are in feedlots in the Texas panhandle. This fire is not primarily in the feedlot areas. We could be looking at 10,000- 20,000 head killed in this fire, but they are primarily cow-calf pairs… the impact will come in a year with cattle on feed numbers. Spring is almost here, we have had good moisture this year, The grass recovers quickly, in fact can be even better after a fire…

Hopefully that is the extent of the loss, Texas must be done calving by now, probably 75% of the years calves are sold so that is a much smaller number than 2.9 in feedlots. Not saying it's not totally devastating to those that are suffering losses of animals and grazing land. My BIL had a bunch drown a few years back when the Missouri flooded, last march during calving they got snow and mud which limited feeding opportunity"s and resulted in losses of cows and calves. I can remember when Montana had an early fall snowstorm that killed 40,000 if my memory is good, but I also remember that two states away ranchers were donating replacement cows, this will happen here as well. Texas has had huge droughts and several states away many real skinny cattle were sold due to no grass in Texas. No way to get rich.

Except we already had our rainy season here in Texas. We are about to go into 80 to 90 degree temps this month. Just last week it went from freezing to 94 F in a day and is now hovering at the upper 70's and upper 80's. BTW Texas ranchers already had to destroy a ton of cattle due to TB passed to the cattle which is in turn passed to Humans. Anthrax attacked those in South East Texas. Main stream news is not reporting on any of this!!! What you do not know about is that some of these greedy feed lot owners hired illegals without vetting their health status and they had TB which was passed to several dairy farms. That bogus explosion was to cover up the true reason as to destroying the cattle. That was not the only one blown up. Ironic that TB, breakout pockets of smallpox, and a new batch of Anthrax is hitting all over Texas? Hmmm coincidence? Not hardly! Not all within a 2 1/2 year span!

In case anyone knows how to get in touch with someone needing to move cattle. I know I’m kind of far away, but I have 6.8 acres, minus about 1 3/4 acre of yard, that I don’t have any livestock on. (Used to have horses a few years back). If someone needed to move some of their cows to LUMBERTON, Ms. for a while, let me know. As I have not cut my field since early last summer, their is a bunch they can graze on. I have a water trough. If you want to leave grain I can feed daily also.

When we had a 100 yr fire in NE they advised NOT to graze but to let the grass recover to keep down the weeds from taking over, you end up with a lot less grazing for at least a year.

People may not understand the genetics that are lost when lots of cattle are lost or trucked out of an area. Cows pass on the abilities of where to graze and when, where water supply is found, where natural predators roam, where it's safe, where home is etc. to their calves. When that line is broken, it takes at least 2 years for cattle to change and adjust to a new microclimate . Drought and other natural disasters stress the animals and humans to breaking points - suicide, mental instability, low fertility, failure to thrive, grief and the list goes on. Seek out people in agriculture and give them encouragement - it's a tough life that we have embraced as our passion to be in sync with nature, to provide food for people and live this lifestyle. Hard times for Passionate People who care...

I have been following the Maui fires and the destruction of Lahaina on Bush Junkie Tracey (and others) and there were strange anomalies like melting aluminium, blue objects untouched, ring of fire almost perfect circle etcetera. I noticed the same similarities on the Texas fires. Also don't forget the motive; Texas is seen as a rebel state by the Feds with Abbot revealing Biden's alleged treachery regarding the border issue. From their sick perspective it would be advantageous to destroy the Texan economy. They are very well organised; Satan couldn't have done a better job!

Yes sir, you are partly right. The USDA Cattle Inventory Report has US Beef Cattle numbers at a 75 year low. That's 1949, 4 years after the end of WWII. And now take even more numbers away from that. Not good for prices. I like the shout out to local meat markets, more and more ranchers and cattle feeders are forming Co-op's to market beef to get better price than selling to the 3 National Packers.

As of November 12, 2023, the cause of a fire in Hawaii is still being investigated. The fire may have been caused by downed power lines that ignited dry grass. Winds from a powerful hurricane may have helped spread the blaze. Geeeeeeeeeee what a Kawinkidink.Yanasa maybe you can get together with these Ranchers and set up a fund. the cattle numbers are only a concern locally. and as a rancher adjacent to the fires, that is still a problem, i get it. but JBS slaughters over 20,000 head a day. the big cyber attack in 2021 had more of an impact on cattle inventory than this event. locally, it is devastating, but this fire is a blip on the radar for the national price of beef. inventories are already at historic lows, but this will have no real impact on the overarching prices of beef. and anyone that lives in the areas affected knows, there is no big conspiracy to how the fire started. stupid accidents from power companies or loose cigarette butts out the window cause things like this. ive fought 3 median fires on the edge of my property this week alone because of negligent sparks from the highway. the wind has been blowing over tall dry grass that has grown tall from the rains last summer, and big fires happen. we just got unlucky this round.

By this time next yr those lands will be the best grazing lands in TX, it's amazing how after a area burns, it usually comes back really fast & greener then before. Buying direct is a great concept, but in reality isn't as easy or practical. 1st is state & federal regulations & laws, some states require you to do the slaughtering, can't even have the rancher do it. 2nd is storage, most people don't have multiple deep freezers, let alone even on deep freezer to store all the meat. 3rd finding people to go in with you on it.

We have a local beef producer but their prices are so high I can't afford it. Cant figure out how it cost more per pound for steak & hamburger when I go directly to the ranch than it costs a the grocery store when you have to figure in the costs it takes to deliver it to the store....

You want a cookie just one, so you go to the store & buy everything you need to bake that one cookie, but that one cookie cost 40 dollars, but if you baked 4 dozen cookies, that one cookie just cost .83 cent. So, now lets apply that to beef. But a grocery store will get lets say 200 out of that one steer worth 1,500 dollars, now that make it 7.50 per bl & what they don't sell in store, they sell to animal feed plants & make up some of the lose

I purchased a whole tenderloin from the grocery and after cutting into steaks I noticed that it was a product of Brazil. Let’s put this in perspective… 2.9 Million head of cattle are in feedlots in the Texas panhandle. This fire is not primarily in the feedlot areas. We could be looking at 10,000- 20,000 head killed in this fire, but they are primarily cow-calf pairs… the impact will come in a year with cattle on feed numbers. Spring is almost here, we have had good moisture this year, The grass recovers quickly, in fact can be even better after a fire…

It's only March, we still have a whole summer ahead, how can we know it won't be like summer in Canada last year? Don't underestimate them. Besides, if most of them are cow-calf pairs, doesn't that devastate most of 2 generations?
Hopefully that is the extent of the loss, Texas must be done calving by now, probably 75% of the years calves are sold so that is a much smaller number than 2.9 in feedlots. Not saying it's not totally devastating to those that are suffering losses of animals and grazing land. My BIL had a bunch drown a few years back when the Missouri flooded, last march during calving they got snow and mud which limited feeding opportunity"s and resulted in losses of cows and calves. I can remember when Montana had an early fall snowstorm that killed 40,000 if my memory is good, but I also remember that two states away ranchers were donating replacement cows, this will happen here as well. Texas has had huge droughts and several states away many real skinny cattle were sold due to no grass in Texas. No way to get rich.
Except we already had our rainy season here in Texas. We are about to go into 80 to 90 degree temps this month. Just last week it went from freezing to 94 F in a day and is now hovering at the upper 70's and upper 80's. BTW Texas ranchers already had to destroy a ton of cattle due to TB passed to the cattle which is in turn passed to Humans. Anthrax attacked those in South East Texas. Main stream news is not reporting on any of this!!! What you do not know about is that some of these greedy feed lot owners hired illegals without vetting their health status and they had TB which was passed to several dairy farms. That bogus explosion was to cover up the true reason as to destroying the cattle. That was not the only one blown up. Ironic that TB, breakout pockets of smallpox, and a new batch of Anthrax is hitting all over Texas? Hmmm coincidence? Not hardly! Not all within a 2 1/2 year span!

In case anyone knows how to get in touch with someone needing to move cattle. I know I’m kind of far away, but I have 6.8 acres, minus about 1 3/4 acre of yard, that I don’t have any livestock on. (Used to have horses a few years back). If someone needed to move some of their cows to LUMBERTON, Ms. for a while, let me know. As I have not cut my field since early last summer, their is a bunch they can graze on. I have a water trough. If you want to leave grain I can feed daily also.

When we had a 100 yr fire in NE they advised NOT to graze but to let the grass recover to keep down the weeds from taking over, you end up with a lot less grazing for at least a year.

People may not understand the genetics that are lost when lots of cattle are lost or trucked out of an area. Cows pass on the abilities of where to graze and when, where water supply is found, where natural predators roam, where it's safe, where home is etc. to their calves. When that line is broken, it takes at least 2 years for cattle to change and adjust to a new microclimate . Drought and other natural disasters stress the animals and humans to breaking points - suicide, mental instability, low fertility, failure to thrive, grief and the list goes on. Seek out people in agriculture and give them encouragement - it's a tough life that we have embraced as our passion to be in sync with nature, to provide food for people and live this lifestyle. I have been following the Maui fires and the destruction of Lahaina on Bush Junkie Tracey (and others) and there were strange anomalies like melting aluminium, blue objects untouched, ring of fire almost perfect circle etcetera. Yes sir, you are partly right. The USDA Cattle Inventory Report has US Beef Cattle numbers at a 75 year low. That's 1949, 4 years after the end of WWII. And now take even more numbers away from that. Not good for prices. I like the shout out to local meat markets, more and more ranchers and cattle feeders are forming Co-op's to market beef to get better price than selling to the 3 National Packers.

the cattle numbers are only a concern locally. and as a rancher adjacent to the fires, that is still a problem, i get it. but JBS slaughters over 20,000 head a day. the big cyber attack in 2021 had more of an impact on cattle inventory than this event. locally, it is devastating, but this fire is a blip on the radar for the national price of beef. inventories are already at historic lows, but this will have no real impact on the overarching prices of beef. and anyone that lives in the areas affected knows, there is no big conspiracy to how the fire started. stupid accidents from power companies or loose cigarette butts out the window cause things like this. ive fought 3 median fires on the edge of my property this week alone because of negligent sparks from the highway. the wind has been blowing over tall dry grass that has grown tall from the rains last summer, and big fires happen. we just got unlucky this round.

By this time next yr those lands will be the best grazing lands in TX, it's amazing how after a area burns, it usually comes back really fast & greener then before. Buying direct is a great concept, but in reality isn't as easy or practical. 1st is state & federal regulations & laws, some states require you to do the slaughtering, can't even have the rancher do it. 2nd is storage, most people don't have multiple deep freezers, let alone even on deep freezer to store all the meat. 3rd finding people to go in with you on it.

We have a local beef producer but their prices are so high I can't afford it. Cant figure out how it cost more per pound for steak & hamburger when I go directly to the ranch than it costs a the grocery store when you have to figure in the costs it takes to deliver it to the store....

Now. Take care of the dang pasture!!!! Get in with some winter and spring growing wheat for example. That way when one season ends you have green pasture for cattle that won’t burn as easy.
This is a sad situation. What is also a sad situation is that the amount of beef that’s imported. I purchased a whole tenderloin from the grocery and after cutting into steaks I noticed that it was a product of Brazil. I don’t care how much it cost me I will start supporting local beef for my household.

Work up the pastures in front of the fires Oklahoma and Texas lots of dozers and discs for guards get at er!!! The old dead before fire dead bush and pastures come back very fast from fires we had them in 2023... Largest recorded forest fire in North America in 1950... Chinchaga/Wisp fire.. As a cattle rancher myself and someone who hates Leticia James, I almost hate JBS just as much if not more. JBS is not the ranchers friend. They are the ENEMY. The packing plants are the problem with the system.
