Idea: maybe you can make a recipe for roses. Like one rose bush block in a crafting table can be like, 4 single roses.
Honestly, I thought that the crystallized honey was removed because it was planned as a full-fledged analogue of sugar (using it in the cake, pumpkin pie and fermented spider eye crafting, like you can use charcoal for anything that normal coal can be used), but this did not make sense, and instead one could just make getting the usual sugar from the honey. The same reason for bonemeal instead of humus at composter.
