Mr. Mitchell. YOU sir are the king of WW videos. No wasted seconds or content. ❤ when you talk and not silent. There is no amount of envy for your success understanding YOU HAVE EARNED your success. Keep being wonderful. [Have I gushed enough? 😂]
One of the best explanations of a new useful product I’ve seen in a long time. Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely amazing explanation. The demonstration of how clamps fall over reminded me of every big glue up I have ever done no matter how much prep. Brilliant product😊
Those are awesome! I recently got a 3d printer and it’s a total game changer for custom jigs. It’s cool to see someone invent something and produce it themselves without million dollar manufacturing equipment.
🙌
@@dustylumberco .
i think literally every legitimately-termed 'woodworker' has thought of a variation of this
If you want consistent distancing for the clamps, you could add two identical tape measures to the work bench top or recessed in to run along the T track. Quick easy refference if you can keep the glue off of it.
👍
Paste wax, my guy 👍
Plenty of other uses for this wonderful idea!
I use a candle wax to make slots easy to run in, and it’s hard wearing and does not let saw dust stick to it.
You just did Ryan a solid! I hope he gets so many orders he needs to build a print farm!!!! I have the mdf ones too and they’ve saved my bacon.
🙌😁
It is so refreshing to see the people who actually do the work starting to innovate refine and invent better tools for the job instead of some big tool manufacturer trying to come up with something gimmicky that they just think will sell because it looks or sounds cool
great idea.. really useful innovation.. thanks for sharing
Absolutely beautiful Great invention
Thank you so much for explaining it so well. I’ve built things with my dad over the years and learned a lot. But my Dad is 71 and does stuff old school with tools he’s had forever. Which is great. But idk about these new tools and gadgets. So how you explained things so well really helped. Those are really cool inventions! Good for him for having such a great idea, developing them, and getting them out there! Ty for sharing!
And for those of us who use dovetail clamping systems, forgo the t-tracks and just route your dovetails into the top of your glue-up station. I made molds to pour my own epoxy resin dovetail slides that accept the same 10-32 threads as the micro jig system. I made knobs and purchased long bolts with the same 10-32 threads so I can pour as many as I like. I can see from this jig that all of the bits can be substituted for 10-32 compatible parts. I might mold my own parts and pour this jig and see how it works. I’ll keep ya posted on the outcome. Great idea for glue-ups!
Thanks for sharing, where I can buy?
I like seeing when somebody comes up with something like this to solve a problem... so simple yet so effective 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great gluing method and I loved full explanation to the detail 👍👍
Seems like a functional and well thought out tool. Thanks for sharing it. Of course this also speaks to the need to do dry runs of your glue up system whatever it is.
Phenomenal. You are an excellent teacher and communicator.
I love to see ingenuity, and these seem to solve some of the challenges with glue-ups.
😁👏
100% game changer. I came up with the system because I was struggling a lot with my extremely involved and complex glue ups. These gave me the stability I needed to be consistent and accurate in my glue ups
He speaks! And communicates really well! Great presentation on an interesting addition to the glue up process! (For Christmas, next year, i'ma get you a wireless lavalier or head-worn microphone. Get rid of that shop echo!)
Anything to stop a cramp falling over must be good. As well as acting like anti twist sticks is a bonus. Thanks for the heads up!
Your presentation skills are pretty spectacular and this looks like a really well thought out design!
Какой же у тебя шикарный инструмент и оснастка для стола! Супер.
🙌
Great explanation! Great product! Clear proof why you have so many subscribers! Thank you! ❤
The good collaboration of skill, experiences, materials and power tools deliver accurate, precision and useful goods... Keep sharing 👌🏼😁
They even come in Festool green. Cool!
🤣
100%
Yes indeed, a really great invention, a game changer!
foresight......ya got have it.........great setup
Geesh that design is genuinely helpful.
I think so too!
Let's not forget you can use the t-track for other accessories as well. I know that fishing kayaks have a similar setup so they can put something like a camera mount on, bottle holder, fishing rod holder, etc. which can help you for future projects.
😁👍
Definitely! I've been working to create more accessories for this system and give them e en more versatility on the assembly
What a simple but effective idea i wish i had a 3d printer
Love this and all your content..
Esse moleque é fera, é muito competente, adoro seus vídeos 👍❤️ Abraço aqui do Brasil 🇧🇷
Thank you very much
It's hard focusing on you because my eyes always drift of to the wall behind you 🤣🤣
Very cool, this'll make it even easier to use every clamp in my shop for every glue up! 😂
You can never have too many woodworkers telling you that you can never have too many clamps 😂
That is an awesome thing I didn't know I needed. Thank you
Indeed the cell phone filming format is a game changer 😂
Good on you for promoting a small business (I assume, of course).
100% Dusty is the man!
Absolutely!
Looks like there was a lot of thought and planning in those. Great vid thanks
I struggled a lot with large and involved glue ups in the beginning so I came up with this system to alleviate a lot of the stress.
You bet
@@FeldthouseFamilyWoodworksyou mean “alleviate?” Pretty sure you didn’t build these to complicate your glue ups even more. 😆
Great stuff. Also, I watch a lot of your KZhead short vids, so I didn't realize you could talk.
That was a lot of great information very quickly. Very entertaining!
EXELENTE !!!!!! Muy util ❤❤❤
Oh the things we learn lol. I made my own butcher block style counter top. Accepted that glue would drip and the piece would ultimately be glued to the drop cloth I used. I also stacked the heaviest things I could find on top of it so it stayed nice and flat. On the floor😂😂
These are an ultimate thing indeed as glue up's are a pain in the neck if you don't have a great deal of space too i reckon
🙏 thank you for raising an important issue
Thanks!
Thanks so much!!
Great product!
Looks like a great product! 1 tip for clamping the cross pieces of wood on the sides is to put tape on them so they wont stick to your glued up piece.
Yeah that’s what we always did too
@@thomasfholland nederlander?
Ik wel :)
I like the idea and appreciate the blood and sweat and tears our woodworking team mates are investing into new tools solving problems we all have. But, this feels like science. And the problem is you need this table as a foundation. However. Keep on pushing and thank you for the great explanation
That's flipping brilliant.
👍👏👏
Having the right tools are half of the battle❤
Clamp together 2 2x4s face down. Drill holes the size of your clamps where the boards meet and spaced at some interval, say 12”. Turn those boards on their sides and run packing tape along the top and space those two boards far enough apart to accommodate your glue-up. Lay your clamps in the semi-circles and now clamp away. No brittle, weak 3D plastic required.
This is great! Cheers
If I had a workshop, I’d get those in Fireball Red.
Nice. I'll look into these. really appreciate your videos, but maybe use some scraps and make acoustic panels
Fantastic!!!!!
that's a nice idea, but why rely on the T tracks? Why not on the dog wholes, which are already at 90° and a regular spacing?
It’s cool that they are the Festool colors
Very cool.
Great promotion. Well explained
Thank You
👍
brilliant, I'm getting those to put my guitar body billets together
They're perfect for guitar body and panel style glue ups! Being able to perfectly flatten the clamps makes for much less work flattening the blanks after glue up!
Brilliant!
It's pretty slick
You are the master, teach me more !~Best regards from Poland
Thanks, will do!
That's cool as heck.
👍🙌
Thanks for sharing
They are really nice

😁😁
I could not find the newer 3-d printed version on his channel. He has a website?? Of course.
Excelent!! I'm from Costarica i would like yo know how yo get cupple of these
Great video bro. 🙏🏽
Very good fantastic Brasil, cara vc tem um verdadeiro número de máquinas que facilita os world, não tem pra ninguém, parabéns, quantos dólares you, gastou.
Nice one!
Looking at your short videos I thought they were sped up..... But looking at you talk in this video I realise it's just normal speed😂
Just absolutely 👍🏽👍🏽💯💯 when the dusty lumber say it’s good, THATS gotta be something! 💪🏽
You getting the festool exoskeleton?
What is the best way to make a bench top
Классный инструмент💯 👌💪🏻👍
It's pretty awesome
SALUDOS¡¡¡ 🇵🇱CANTABRIA 🇵🇱🇪🇸 España 🇪🇸
👍
Danke fürs Video. Es ist eine gute und sinnvolle Lösung. Ich schaue dich sehr gerne , denn wie du erzählst muß man kein Englisch können. Man versteht trotzdem alles. Liebe Grüße aus meiner Meenzer Bastel Bude KZhead Bastelkanal. Bleib mit deinen liebsten gesund.
🙏😁
Can someone provide a direct link of where to buy these?
I swear you should do product reviews for everything although that might be a bad thing because then I’ll buy everything you showcase and I’ll run out of money😂
Отличные видео, сегодня штук 20 популярных посмотрел, очень забавный момент, где ты измерял стол, перекатываясь по нему
Looking for the link… but don’t see it and it’s not on his Etsy?!
wow I never knew the guy from the shorts could talk
Very innovative idea. Where can these be purchased? Thanks
They have them posted on their Etsy www.etsy.com/ca/listing/1140253802/
I solve all of these problems by using a few dominos to align boards when necessary and doing the glue-up vertically on a pair of sturdy saw horses. This has the added advantage of giving me full view and access to all sides of the boards, and glue isn’t running all over the place as I draw the boards together and close the joint. It also keeps glue from dripping onto my clamps. I’d much rather have another pair of sturdy horses than some stupid little one trick pony gizmo taking up space in a drawer.
Buenas ideas!
Super 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😍😍❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
😁🙌
Not trying to be judgemental here, but you are awesome and amazing in my view. I'd love to speak with you someday, if only for 5 minutes. How can I get in touch?
Where can we find these to purchase?
where can you buy the t tracks and clamp jigs?
The saddle clamps can be purchased from their Etsy shop www.etsy.com/ca/listing/1140253802/ I got the T-track from armor-tool.com/woodworking/
У чувака на стене инструмента на несколько десятков миллионов рублей по нашему нынешнему курсу!
Hello how do I get those?
I love dusty lumber , although one can tell he has spent thousands of $$ on equipment . I worked on a 10’ sliding automatic table saw for years with different companies. That alone is a treasure to have . Festool I would love but now retired they are WAY too expensive for me . Nice stuff tho .👍🏻✅
Genius
No link?
Whete can i order these?
The t-track would be more versatile. But I think a dogbone version would be faster and work 95% of the time.

Wow!!!
