Those valleys condense moisture cyclically everyday if it's not all snowmelt. Move upstream and think about crossing the creek at first light. Net condensation is highest when air is warm and soil is cool. Cold air and warmer soil is when you cross. The ground and brush isn't soaking up moisture
Was nice meeting you guys on the trail.
Was nice meeting y’all too man! Hopefully it won’t be the last time
I was planning that exact area for my plan B hunt last year. too funny. I was worried about those creek crossings as well and decided to go somewhere else to start. too funny. Good work gentlemen
Dang.... im starting to look at a few units in Central ID, and this is getting me pumped to do a back country bear hunt. Way cooler and harder country than up north lol.
Great video man, I’m pumped for spring bear this season! For your first video I thought the editing was pretty good. Keep refining it and keep making content and you guys will do great. Looking forward to more videos in the future.
Thanks for the positive feedback! Not easy to find on the internet...We have a lot to learn but have to start somewhere. Best of luck this season!
This got me really excited about my ID bear hunt in a month. I really hope the creeks aren't flowing like that. Great video!
We’re looking forward to ours too! Good luck!
Just watch your video pretty good, if you're coming back, bring a snowmobile, we got alot of snow this year.
That’s cool Good Job!
Camped last weekend close to the same spot you spotted the I first bear in the video.
ACCESS DENIED??? How am I suppose to take your hunting spot? Great Video! looking forward to more! inspired with my own content!
Hey guys. Did you see the Black bear cub in the tree at about 11:10 in the video? He’s very high up the tree but you can see him turn his head.
Hey Rick. Yes, we set up the spotting scope and actually saw two cubs up different trees, its just not mentioned in the video.
this looks like the selway

ever have any issues bringing the dog along if its a species you can't hunt with dogs? with game warden etc, love the content!
Hey Ethan, thanks for the comment! No, we have never run into any issues with law enforcement, though you bring up a good point. We have since decided that it's not a great idea to bring the dog on trips like this. You just never know what you'll run into out there.
These are the walking definition of “buying experience” wow 400 yards on a running bear. I’m not trying to be a gatekeeper here but you have to make better choices.
Nice. Where can I get one of those hats?!?!
Thanks man! We have a few left of both styles seen in the video and will have them up on our website relatively soon. Until then we have two other styles currently available. The link to our website is in the video description 😎
What maps you guys using in this?
All of the screen recordings in the video are from Go Hunt, but we used a combination of Go Hunt and OnX.
Nice but but music too urban cool for me e.g. 1:15 vs natural subject. Just providing feedback. Hey belay the above comment, now that I am 60% of the way through... That music at 1:15 I guess was just an anomaly for me, but I did feel like turning off video at that point, as I thought perhaps the whole video would be sort of similar.. blah blah... Excellent stuff!
