- @Angel A but using a kitchen knife would be waste, coz it make the texture of every cut is being messy. I prefer using a machete or at least a big and sharp one to make it easy to cut so it looks more beauty or clean. I mean only for the demonstration on the internet. But its okay if it cooked in house for family meal. XD anw the pig tongue is very delicious. 👍👍🤣

Very nice work! It’s look very similar to the cook process of pig head in Mexico, here we used a similar process with “tortilla” and chili sausage to make delicious “tacos”

No apron. No shirt. They work so clean. Only the gloved hands make contact, other than those very sharp tools. The work space also looks very clean.

Noticable difference with Japan videos. You never see flies constantly surrounding everything. Very brave to eat any of this, when disease is constantly landing on it. Cooking in a swarm of flies isn't cooking.

Az apám is hentes volt és a idősebb fiam is az, Gyakran vágtunk disznót, többet is a családban,mert sokan voltunk testvérek,rokonok,,, Szeretem a húsokal dolgozni,,hurka, kolbász,disznosajt, készítése,, imádtam!!!!! Nagyon szerettem a frissen főtt húsokat, szalonnát,fejhust, belsőseget, sült máj,, Sajnos de beteg lettek és így nem ehetek sertés húst,,, csak hal és szárnyas baromfit!!!! Good to watch, but when I cook pork, I wash it atleast 4 times changing water, with lemon or vinegar. If what I'm buying is the outer layer, I make sure that the skin is scrubbed enough to remove all dirt.

I love how they run the knife blade against the edge of the table *(and the steel bowl) to keep it sharp! Very ingenious, and keeps work moving quickly.

- With all the vegetables, spices, and seasonings mixed together and stir fried, that looked like it was pretty good. If only it was a different meat mixed with all of it instead of chopped pig tongue, ears, and snout

Though I'm a muslim but I like Pork very much , Even My many Muslim Friends be it male or Female like to eat pork . Coz Food has nothing to do with religion. Even my parents like these pork dishes.😋😋😋😋

Wow, the knife skills on this guy is amazing. The knife is so sharp and use it so Great. Damn, he can chop a human body up in no time lolhaha.
