I have seen alligator skinning from some other channels, that was totally different. In that video, the skinner seemed to be desperately struggle, putting a lot of effort, using a strange knives that was disigned specially for skinning as well as other tools. But here, no struggle, no special knives, no fancy tools, just skinned the crocodile neatly and quietly. Interesting!!

Love the knife work and now I know how to skin and debone one. Here a some dumb questions: (1) Did you hang it over night to drain the blood? (2) How was this method done since I did not see any blood throughout the process of skinning and deboning the meat? (3) Was the meat required to be washed after being deboned? I did not see that happen in the video. (4) What kind of meat is crocodile considered? (5) Being that this is Thailand has the Health Department authorized it to be sold on the streets to tourist or foreigners? Love how the making of the Kebabs and grilling them turn out. I have seen alligator skinning from some other channels, that was totally different. In that video, the skinner seemed to be desperately struggle, putting a lot of effort, using a strange knives that was disigned specially for skinning as well as other tools. But here, no struggle, no special knives, no fancy tools, just skinned the crocodile neatly and quietly. Interesting!!
I live in southeast Texas, where ten and 12-foot alligators are the norm. And yes, we have skilled butchers like this gentleman. Happy hunting.

Love the knife work and now I know how to skin and debone one. Here a some dumb questions: (1) Did you hang it over night to drain the blood? (2) How was this method done since I did not see any blood throughout the process of skinning and deboning the meat? (3) Was the meat required to be washed after being deboned? I did not see that happen in the video. (4) What kind of meat is crocodile considered? (5) Being that this is Thailand has the Health Department authorized it to be sold on the streets to tourist or foreigners? Love how the making of the Kebabs and grilling them turn out. Would love to know what it taste like.
