The secret to easily drift in CarX Drift Racing Online is to avoid most of the cars in the beginning. Some cars are so much easier to drift with because they have more angle and smoothness. Today I am going over the cars I regularly use to get those smooth tandems. I created this tier list for me as well so I can easily have an overview of which cars are good in CarX. Hopefully this helps some new players in CarX with vehicle choices.

Of course a longer car will handle better. They have much slower transitions so they are much easier to control. If you use 100% of power in these cars, they just smoothly start drifting. They don't use them in competitions because they are difficult to use in tandems, also profesional drifters can control a short car so they don't need a long car.

love it! The Sorrow (Toyota Soarer) is actually a pretty chunky boy in IRL. I used to own a Lexus SC300, a Re-Badged Toyota Soarer back in like 2003? It actually had a 2JZ in it but the US-Spec was NA and mine also happened to have a Manual Trans which is didnt know was rare at the time. Basically a poor mans Supra which and it shared a lot of the same drivetrain parts or mated with Supras parts no problem. I was huge into the D1 Grand Prix (I remember watching the fist one from 2000 on the internet). I was just huge JDM FanGirl before massive wave of the Western Tuner/Ricer Movement happened. I remember being 14 or so when I begged my mom to buy me a subscription to the legendary OPTION and Super Street Magazines. (Ahh, yes, a magazine is a thing is old people would buy back in the day)...Man, Car Magazines were so fuckin awesome back in those days. Id say the same for PC Gamer, GamePro, and the others. Nothing was like them. Anyways, back in highschool It was weird since I was always the outcast in the car scene because I driving RWD cars and focused on performance first, nice wheels, no bodykits, just clean RWD 240sx's, 200sx's, 240z's, Celicas, 1st-2nd gen RX-7s, MR2s, etc). While everyone was turning their FWD Civics, Integras, Sentras, Neons, etc) into clown cars while spending a shit ton of money to "look fast" and be apart of the fad. My my my have things changed, lol. It makes me sad when I look back on how little 90s Japanese RWDs cost back then compared to know. Literally $1500-2000 for a clean, low mileage FD, 240sx, Corolla GT-s, you name it. Now they are worth a small fortune. my addiction started right at 15 when I got my license in 2001 and I probably owned 3-4 cars at i time, I sold, I traded, so I could own another one I didnt before. Even when I was working a shit job and going to high school is was all possible. Its just crazy to see how much has changed in 15-20 years yet stayed the same.

The phoenix or the 180sx is one of my favorite cars I have a tune that makes it impossible to over steer but one down side is that it can’t do 360s or reverse entries

The Porsche (Hummel) it was the best everything drift car for me on controller sadly I lost the tune and everything when my computer got squished about 3 months ago
