After spending the last few months rebuilding the dirt jumps in the back garden its finally time to give them a test and see if they work! So I bust out the NS Decade jump bike and give them a try!
Sadly... things dont always work out but a few failures are needed sometimes to learn and point you in the right direction! We will get there eventually, but at least we has a little session in the end with CA and his brother AC throwing down on the trick jump!
Filmed by C A Greenwood and Gopro Hero 12
Fingers crossed the weather holds up so I can show off the other two tricks in my bag 😅
You're welcome here in Australia anytime Sam. Riding all year round. However, not good for building in summer; too many things that'll kill you.
😂😂 thanks! I’ve always wanted to go there, one day I hope!
They have a blow torch attachment for propane tanks you should try using that to dry things out
Dude!!! Go get a trail torch already!!! Hook it to a propane canister and torch the jumps or make little fire pits in between each jump “flat” the night before and boom! 😂😅 cmon’ guys!!!
The signature CA table
I appreciate the effort boys, can’t wait to see that line running properly, I might need to pull in for a sneaky sesh this summer 😜
I’ll be waiting to see a video of the crim b special pendulum on the trick jump
Have you tried mixing some bags of lime into the muck when you finishing up the take offs and landings, should go super hard we use it sometimes stabilising ground💪🏼
Need to get you hands on a tiger torch… Would make quick work of drying out the jumps.
Might just have to relocate your fam & you to Australia dude, my sister has a couple of farms near the border of south Australia and Victoria, beautiful part of Aus...have a yabber about doing a gig there🤔... cheers to you 🤟🎶
Yes on moving to Australia Sammy!! Cya soon haha
Raining mean digging ❤
Where's AC been hiding? Clearly in the indoor foam pit. He's a ripper!
I think he has been with DC
I would need more than just a full face for that first jump
I started perforating the packed dirt if moisture is why it's soft. Our dirts looks similar.
sick
loam track straight into dirt jumps on the one brake hardtail is going to be lit.
Haha yes you’re right! Super hairy
You need a flame thrower 🔥
great vid as always, I can only dream of doing those jumps. Btw what camera are you using?
GoPro hero 12 and I’m not sure what CA has! Maybe he will reply… CA? You there?
And thanks!
Ha ha a Canon r6 😊 glad you like the videos 🤘🏼
you should put a piece of ribbed plastic pipe around that tree on the 1st jump. it will prevent the tree from rotting!
You could add some roses or nettles to add pucker factor to that third gap..
Haha yeah something like that has to be done!!
I couldn't stop laughing from that air shot on 5:24. Has it rained by any chance?
😂😂😂 this is why I asked how living in Canada is haha
Shorter in length but taller in height. I bet would make em real fun
need thicker Ply Boards from Builders Merchants down road
How much stepup is the last jump ?
What is that battery powered sprayer!? 1:51
Made by Worx!
Where is the best place in south east uk to practice tricks?
Ive just moved to Queensland Australia and it hasn't stopped raining here
Oh 😂😂😂 there goes that plan then!
NSW and VIC aren’t as wet as QLD, don’t give up the dream Sam!
Ohh and also! Run to a skate shop and grab 4 rolls of grip tape and stick them up the kicker.
Time to add a gravel/crusher dust underlayer
Yeah maybe for the next winter that could be a good idea!
Bet Amy liked watching Spanish Moto GP Pecco vs Marc Marquez
We both did!
Is CA your Brother?
why not make moto ramps with dirt landers so the lip is consistent and never too soft?
I was actually thinking about this after all these difficulties, but I want to try with dirt first because it just gives such a better feeling!
Hmmmm any snacks?
No that’s probably what’s going wrong 😂
@@SamReynolds26 knew it sam. Thats why i asked last week what snacks we got? Need to tell CA to up the game
Second comment
Laughing in despair at the awful British weather is the most British thing ever...
First comment!
Ow my God? Wet jumps don't work?! What a fudging surprise
Not that much of a disappointment…. Things will definitely harden up when it’ll dry
Rose or Raspberry bushes??
Surely some roses!
Too much weather modification going on !
Do spank do high riser bars ? Its all theoldskool rage
Spank do 75mm rise, but I like the look of Deity's 80mm rise bar better
Spank does a 75 mm rise bar, but I like the look of Deity's 80 mm rise bar better.
SAM, WTF is that battery powered sump pump pressure washer? Buy a watering can, ffs haha
Haha watering can cant get the top of lips and landings without climbing up! I love this! Dirt jump year 3000 vibes 😅
@@SamReynolds26 yeah fair enough, haha it looks hilarious!
Also, first time I've seen one!
By no means am I ever in a million years going to suggest you don’t know how to build take offs,m, jumps, landings and many other features besides, but a second opinion (O.Dub, Daryl or even Matt J., for example, amongst others) might give you a different perspective… alternatively trust your significant expertise, skill and experience and continue doing what we know and LOVE you for…
