I really liked penguinz when all he did was make fun of dumb commercials. In recent years he's become a lot more like drama alert, and he's influenced his audience to be VERY condescending and judgmental and it's effected him even more so. I like the comical side of him but when he's serious he's often times being more a douchebag than those he's complaining about, comedy and "politics" never match.

Coming back after 3 weeks, this video has around 5m views. Wired hasn't had such high numbers since the Nolan & RDJ video about Oppenheimer with 6.4m views 3 months ago. This just shows that Charlie is built different
I used to think this guy was lame, but I can proudly say over the last two years this man has completely garnered my attention to most of his videos
He’s an enigma. He always seem on the verge of bursting out laughing, but never does.
He always looks and sounds like he could either laugh or cry uncontrollably at any time
I think the ancients referred to it as "Being Happy". I haven't read the sand-scripts personally, but I've heard on good authority that this phenomenon, although not having existed for over a century, is indeed the same one we are seeing presently in Charley. I randomly stumbled upon Charlies channel a few years back after stumbling upon his videos about slapping. I liked his simple setup with lowkey video-production and his commentary so I stuck around. I'm glad I did. I don't watch all of his videos, but I do watch his videos when they're about a topic, which interests me enough. Especially his commentary on crazy carchases are hilarious.

For those who don’t know Charlie pioneered minimalistic content on KZhead. He showed you just need a good personality and an interesting perspective, also he’s just naturally funny and clever. I don't know if he pioneered it but he was definitely on the general beginning zeitgeist and is probably the only one that has stayed true to that concept without faltering once. You can love or hate him and his content but no one can deny he's genuine.
