  • I miss cooking for the crew. I was working with a cruise company before. And cooking for the crew and seeing their tired faces shine back to life coz of enjoying the food gives me more motivation to cook better. Keep safe chefs.

    • If there are over 300 people applying for the job and the owners are super rich, then you can definitely assume that appearance is also very important for the selection. If I owned a boat like that, I would choose the most beautiful women.

  • The content was excellent! A small suggestion, equalize the volume between you or others talking and the music. Sometimes the talking is really soft and then the music comes in and it gets really loud. I’m looking forward to the next video! Cheers!

  • One of many great videos on your channel! A suggestion: try to wrap the bungees around your crates so they're already pulling the crates "in". You want the tension built up in such a way that the bungee has already "turned the corner", rather than going from a straight line to a U-shape as the crate tries to commit craticide. :)

  • It blows my mind how effortless you make these charters look. The insane amount of cooking talent to rummage up all of these dishes is wild to me. Most of us have only seen Below Deck so it's fun to see the BTS of reality.

It's great that you take the time to do other things that get you out of the kitchen. You must have the proudest parents. Any boss would be lucky to have someone as good as you working for them. It's really fascinating to watch. Like one second you're there thinking about what to make then the next you're just magically making the most amazing muffins out of the stock ingredients that's available to you. And then you think about balance and nutrition to make sure everyone is feeling good. That's hard to do. For guests and crew. and placed on a budget. The life style and hours.... it's all just really amazing to watch. You make it look easy. We all know its' not and you're good at editing out those parts.

The video quality is great, but the music is deafening at the level where her voice is clear, or she is inaudible at the level the music is vaguely bearable. But hey, keep on complaining about others offering free advice that wasn't to you, or for you. It makes you look really smart and caring, honest.

This also sets the volume to be "similar", so when you change channels, the sources which come from different studios (with their own levels) all appear to be at the same volume to our customers.
