The knife is good because it hits the boss multiple times in one swing. And it depends on the streamers fps and thats why 60fps and 120fps are 2 separate categories

Noah, at 11:58, the first bossfight is so fast because of the frame rate. You can see he has set his game to run at 120 fps and so the knife registers as multiple hits for every swipe If you try the same tactic at 30fps the bossfight will be much slower I don't really know why it is that way but i hope it explains at least the insane speed of the bossfight

Fun fact idk if noah knows this. I havent finished watching the full video. But there are different categories for this game 1 being 120fps and another being 60 fps. For some strange reason the knife is super strong on 120fps and thats why he killed birkin so damn fast.

Noah, you should watch SHiFT's Spongebob Squarepants Battle for Bikini Bottom any% run. He recently just got a run under 46min. In the community this time was thought to be impossible and he just did it. The game has some of the most interesting glitches and skips I have ever seen in a speedrun. Love the content!

I remember playing RE2 Remastered and I would say how the police station segment was so long and I didn’t like being in there for what felt like so long. Then I was so happy when playing RE3 Remastered cause I wasn’t in the police station…. AND THEN THEY BROUGHT US BACK TO THE STATION

Noah, I think a good speedrun series could be the Hitman series, like Blood money and the World of assassination trilogy. I would recommend however the SA/SO runs as they show off more skills and tricks than the any% category. Just thought I'd mention it to ya.

I only listen to music when I play racing games like forza sometimes while I'm grinding crystals on cw zombies but I always have it low to hear my cars or gun shots
Just on a note there are no code or puzzle rng in re2-3 remakes. Dead same every time. Once you memorise or spies the code online you can unlock everything without getting the clues. (ofc A-B scenarios in 2 have different sets but consistent still)
Maybe you could ask the creators of the speedrun of those longer games to make a smaller version of the video? Something like 2-4x speed on parts like running and gathering nonsense. Keep just core aspects like main missions, important checkpoints and of course everyone favorite glitches/exploits. Maybe you can get 4 or 6 hour speedrun down to 1 1/2- 3 hours? 3 hours might be 2 long but under 2 hours is doable

Hey, portal speedrunner here, i'd reccomend watching the portal 1's Inbounds NoSLA, i seen that you didnt like that in out of bounds that he was just going through walls, this catagory is the perfect catagory for movement and basic glitches, as it dissalows abusing saving and loading to get out of bounds easily

The aiming in on the stairs, stops Leon walking motion, and it's just faster... it's known as stair skating if I remember correctly.... also the turns he does are known as quick turns... Also knife does more damage for higher fps
