How to climb steep ramps using Lego? Tested on a plastic glass sheet.
The angle of inclination is gradually increased and the car improved to the limit (and beyond). Enjoy!
Slope material is SAN (styrene acrylonitrile)

  • I love how you demonstrate points of failure in isolation. I feel like "prototyping" gets thrown around a lot, but a lot of engineers (and experts in general) tend to skip a lot of steps unconsciously in videos. That means we often only get to see the process of solving the biggest, hardest problem and not the process of identifying problems and tackling them one at a time. Somehow this is my first day on your channel, but it is inspiring in a very motivating way instead of being overwhelming. This is deceptively educational content -- not only are you teaching physics/engineering concepts in a memorable way, but you're also teaching some of the harder parts of scientific thinking. You never say "control" or "variable," and yet...someone could watch your videos and walk away with a better idea of how to solve a complex problem. Really brilliant. This is one of those moments when I go, "Yeah. This is a delivery on the promise of the internet."

  • The best part about this channel's videos is how they have to constantly overcome a new hurdle every step of the way - which is extremely realistic in design and makes for an easy to understand video that's fun to watch (because it uses Legos, something every millennial and zoomer has played with).

  • This was the first video of yours I've ever seen. I've learned more about mechanics and engineering math from these videos than I have from a dozen engineering classes. You make complicated subjects so easy to understand by taking something - everyone born after 1990 has played with - and demonstrating step-by-step how it can be done!

  • A longer wheelbase only increased the weight of the vehicle, what you need to do is center the weight in-between the wheels in relation to the face of gravity, in this case moving the weight forward 2 or three pegs would have accomplished that, this is what rock bouncers do in real life. Also, I dont think using tape on the wheels is necessarily cheating. You actually required the level of grip equal to the weight of the car plus its acceleration in order to do that. There isn't a logo wheel I know of thats capable of creating that level of surface adhesion. I think that's just doing engineering. Keep up the good work. I look forward to the next one.

  • You should do a collab with Gazr's Extreme Lego Brick Machines. If u live really far apart maybe you could do like a challenge. Where u have to try to build the best vehicle at a certain task using only lego pieces and then do a video on the creation doing certain tasks to prove it's better
