🏗️ 8 years ago, Edouard Guyot at the age of 22 bought this beautiful decaying château in order to restore it and saving it from ruin. What a challenge, he had to design a business model to buy it, and paying all the works required to fix this incredible masterpiece from the 18th century.
The Château de Vaux en Champagne is nowadays one of the greatest example of a beautiful and sustainable restoration work, and interesting heritage preservation philosophy. 📖

Is there a way to find out how to carefully restore old homes in France so they stay true to the origins?
Of course, you must restore it according to the rules established by the heritage experts. There are specialized architects, associations and publics services that can help you to do well. Be careful, when you begin to scratche the surface of this discipline, it can become an insatiable passion :)
